Apple is just like all the rest--and too hard to get in to

Apple, here is why I cancelled my subscription: You asked me for a new credit card number. It took me 20 minutes and numerous logins to just GET IN. Then you woudn't accept my credit card code number--which was accurate. Then, of course, you have no human being I can talk to resolve the problem. I've HAD IT with the lot of you!

Worst subscription service!

Worst subscription service of all time! Been trying to subscribe for a month now because there is a show i want to wach but it doesn't work. Every time i try to sign up there's an error! I managed to get through to bank authorisation a a few times but once its completed oh you guessed it error!

Many, many glitches on the website.

The films/TV shows aren’t great except 1 or 2 excellent ones. The main problem is the website/ laptop app. It takes 4/5 times of reloading and re trying before getting it to work on the app. And the website straight up does not work. Very poor from apple as I usually love their designs and products.

I got a new iphone so it came with a free subscription to Apple TV which I was excited about because I’m laid up in the hospital so I thought I was gonna be able to watch some good movies. Wrong every movie and most tv shows you have to buy or rent wtf! So not only does apple want you to pay for a subscription they also want you to pay for the movies the have available apple is the most greediest company ever, and I know me switching back to android want affect them in anyway I wish more people would boycott apple until the stop being so dam greedy

user interface poor, 3rd rate old films

Like so many apple products, user interface is poor and seems designed by arrogant designers and not user untested. Couple that with price and tired selection of old films, makes the whole package a poor choice

Useless LG TV app - just stays on the Apple logo.

I got a 3 month Apple TV trial with my Vodafone contract, So I signed up and it worked the first day on my LG TV but it hasn't worked worked since!!! It just gets stuck on the Apple logo !? So it is safe to say I'll be cancelling my free trial, As I'm not going to use something that I cannot use.

Beware of free trials and lack of invoicing

I bought an iphone 15 in June 2024 which seemingly came a free trial for apple tv.I never used this nor subscribed to it but was charges for it for 6 months without receiving an invoicing. I have 2 apple icloud accounts which I was invoiced for every month. I spoke to customer services for 2 hours but to no avail. seemingly its my responsibility to check for free trials etc. I have always used apple products but from today my phones etc will be purchased from any company other than apple.
I just dont know how they are allowed to get away with swindling their customers. If I could give a minus star rating I would.

Typical awful Apple. Not even shocked.

Apparently I got 3month free trial. Tried to register. Said I already had an account, so I reset my password. It told me I'm in Ecuador! My account is registered to some woman there. I'm in the UK. So couldn't use the free trial as my card details were not accepted due to billing address not matching. Ive always avoided apple products because they are literally useless. Something so simple as a TV app is impossible. So ridiculous.

I wanted to get a apple tv account (I saw some shows I was interested in). I couldn't create an account because apple already had an account with my email adress. OK, I had an Ipod touch 15 years ago, so I supposed I created my account at this occasion. So I obviously didn't know my password anymore. I asked to reset my password. I received a email, 12hours later, informing me that my request were refused (like Apple refuse me the right to access to my own account?). I tried with my phone number or by creating a new account, nothing works. The SAV just asked me to do what I did already, wanted me to try a icloud adress (I don't have one) or to try with my Ipod (who was dead and buried for a long time)... They didn't help at all and ended saying the only solution was to create another email adress !
Seeing that AWFUL service, I'll just watch the shows illegaly, that'd be easier and Apple clearly doesn't want new clients

Wow. The richest of the lot yet the worst streaming service ive ever seen in my life. Its comical no subtitles 🤣 wow apple.its that bad i dont even want apple phone anymore waste of time and money. You should get an award for being so shit.
