Ordered shoe racks to mount on the wall. They’re great for a narrow hallway and I’m pleased with them. However the colour does seem a lot more brown and darker in real life than in the photos, I was expecting a more pine colour. Not a major problem as I may end up painting them in the future but I don’t love the existing colour.

The boxes are nice, quite big, a thinner and lighter than I would have expected, you wouldn't use them as planters as shown on the website as they are not robust enough for that. Its fair to say you only know a company when things go wrong. In this case the item arrived and was faulty. The company blamed the courier, but the cardboard box was perfect, it had clearly not been accurately pinned together or glued. long emails ensued and to be fair the company were very polite, lots of sob stories though, but if a company is at fault then the customer shouldn't have to go out of their way to send an item back, it was delivered to my address so should have been collected from there. You are sent an email to print your labels, so assume you have a printer, but they did say they would post one if needed, then you drive to your nearest collection point which can be quite a trek. Seems a bit cheeky and they won't give you anything towards your costs for their faulty product. Sadly this episode has stopped me from ordering from them in the future. I often make up hampers/gifts for people and was hoping this could have been my go to company in the future. Such a shame.

Delivery was prompt but the product not quite what I expected could be more robust … quality of the wood felt flimsy for the price! However the finish was good. I will use it.
