Tremendous service. I have used AppleCore Services many times over the years for a range of computer fixes and upgrades and I have always been dealt with very efficiently and courteously. Highly recommend!

Pablo is always excellent; in quick responses to urgent issues (even out of hours), in discussing, sorting, supplying and fitting new hardware, and generally as a human. Thank you again, you are a wonderful first port of call for everything Apple-based, and I would and do highly recommend your services when asked!

I have had to call Pablo for help many time ver the years, and every time he has got me out of trouble. He knows his stuff incredibly well. He is incredibly patient and understanding of people who are just not very good at IT (like me). He explains everything and makes the difficult easier to understand. He is utterly reliable, good at his stuff and exceeds when it comes to customer care.

Pablo miraculously revived my 2011 macbook pro quickly and for a great price. Not only that but was completely accommodating to my schedule and generally a bit of a top guy.

Very happy with my old MacBook Pro's revival, it feels like a miracle! I'm grateful to the person who recommended Pablo's company to me. It's been great communication, fast service despite the problems with the hard drive and a very pleasant experience overall. Highly recommend!

Pablo is brilliant. Quick, friendly, very knowledgeable and keen to help, he has replaced batteries in two laptops and also boosted the RAM and storage in an old machine thereby giving it a new lease of life. Highly recommended if you have any old MacBooks that you don't want to part with just yet!

Fantastic service. Broken, 8 year old Macs were collected and dropped off 24 hours later looking and performing like brand new machines. Great attention to detail, when extra issues arose they were quickly fixed without any hassle. I would highly recommend AppleCore to anyone and we will definitely be using their services again.

I would definately recommend Pablo

Pablo is a blessing to anybody who, like me, finds it difficult to keep up with Apple's constant changes. He always responds patiently to questions however naive they may be and is adept at talking any customer through a problem. He provides unfailing technical support at very reasonable fees and undoubtedly saves his clients considerable sums.
I have learned a good deal from Pablo not just about my Mac but also how to stay calm when challenged by technology. He provides an exemplary service, which I recommend whole-heartedly.

What a pleasure working with Apple Core Services and Pablo, he really knows his stuff. After initially reaching out for help with a corrupted Time Capsule backup. Pablo offered a remote help and literally held my hand through the process of recovering my precious backup. Knowledgeable, reassuring and patient. Also, I thought his fees were very reasonable; I can not recommend them highly enough!

Applecore brought new life to my iPhone with a new battery at a very decent price. My wife also got a brilliantly priced refurbished Mac from them. Was pleased to find Pablo is a font of Mac wisdom and advice on how best to recycle, refurb and revamp instead of buying new - great for the environment as well as the wallet. Thumbs up from us!

Pablo Griffiths is not only a mac genius but combines this with being one of most genuine, and kind humans available to humanity. I called him feeling sick and shaking and put the phone down feeling calm and even slightly elated. From that point on he proceeded to fix every single one of my problems for a very decent price, taught me all kinds of things I didn't know about my macbook and was an absolute delight to speak to. This man is nothing short of an angel. AND his business is a wonderful ethical initiative.

From upgrading my Mac...to refurbishing an old iPhone...to promptly posting me emergency chargers....AppleCore had me covered. Pablo is a very cheerful guy and in my experience, likes to give just a little bit more than expected.
Definitely has me as a lifelong client.

Apple Core are a welcome change to the norm. Above and beyond the normal service. I trust no one else with my Apple tech. Continued to go back to Pablo after leaving London last year.
