Two years ago I brought Pablo an old, dead iMac, and he not only resurrected it, but upgraded it. I'm so grateful to the person who recommended him to me! Now that I'm shopping for another product, I'm heading straight back to AppleCore for a refurbished product because I know I can trust the quality of the product and the inherent goodness of the man behind it.

Second time I’ve used Pablo’s services. This time with my mums laptop. Which resulted in a “if it ain’t broken it doesn’t need fixing” approach. A simple issue with the harddrive that just needed a bit of TLC. It took him about 30 min and like I said, it didn’t need anything new, which resulted in him in wavering any sort of fee. Which is super kind of him and his time. Amazing services, and a pleasure each time I visit. I always walk away learning something new from Pablo. I highly recommend his services and knowledge.

I really don't write reviews, but I felt I had to on this occasion. When seeking someone to repair anything, it can be daunting to find someone trustworthy and reliable who you feel is on your side. Let's be honest - a phone or computer not working can feel like you've lost your right arm. You want someone who can fix it who will have your best interests at heart - someone you can rely on to sort the issue if they can and someone you can go back to in future without the hassle of looking around again - it can be a real lottery and I have been stung by many a cowboy on the high street. With Pablo at AppleCore, I never felt for a second I was paying for services begrudgingly. Simply put, the man is as genuine as they come. He talked me through the options for my dysfunctional MacBook Pro, and my concerns about a faulty power input on my iPhone. I could scarcely believe how quickly he came back to me offering impartial advice and options available. When I decided to proceed, devices were fixed quickly and efficiently by him. I never had to worry about anything.
Pablo genuinely enjoys what he does. He works methodically with care and attention to the details. I'm only disappointed with myself in that I didn't find him sooner!
I will definitely be using again in future and supporting the general ethical vision of AppleCore is an added bonus. I highly recommend you try him!

I brought Pablo my 2019 Apple Mac Pro to try and see what could be done to resore it, unfortunately as I had spilt juice on it, it had extensive damage, but Pablo did everything in his power to try and revive it which I appreciated. I also got him to increase the RAM and speed of my old Mac that is in great working condition but I want as a back up and my mum's which the sound had got distorted and he did all this at an affordable price. He will definineily be my go to man for my Mac's as he is very professional, honest, communicative and releable.

I bought a refurbished MacBook Pro from Pablo and I can't recommend him enough. I wasn't entirely sure what I was looking for and so he helped me make a decision based on what my priorities were. His attention to detail, care and flexibility sets him above and beyond other providers. Superb service from start to finish. You know you are in good hands with Pablo.

The service from Pablo at Apple Core was exemplary. He replaced my old MacBook Air as it was suffering the aches and pains of age and was too grumpy to work well. Pablo's service is personal and caring, he made a couple of trips to my house to sort out issues and was unfailingly polite. I would recommend him wholeheartedly, he's got some great tools and some fab stories too.

I accidentally dropped my phone in the bath. I rang Pablo and dropped my phone off to him. He knew pretty quickly what the issue was and had to order a part. Two days later he’s fixed it. From start to finish he was completely professional and was such nice person to deal with. I can’t recommend him enough. He was also very reasonably priced.

Absolutely no hesitation in giving five stars - would give ten if I could. If only there were more people like Pablo in the world. I purchased a laptop from another company with a similar name who I then could not contact for help. Although I contacted Pablo by mistake he very kindly offered to help me and then spent a good 20 minutes talking me through the issue and resolving it.

There’s a good reason that Pablo has only five star reviews! This guy will go as far as you need to give you a great product, great service at an incredible price! He sorted out Macs for me and my family to a really high spec, all coming before what has been a difficult year with everyone homeschooling for the past year. When I thought there was a problem with one of the chargers, not only did Pablo quickly get me to one of his trusted associates (bearing in mind, this was during the first lockdown!), he did it all under warranty! A total surprise and very much appreciated! I know that I can come to Pablo about anything Apple and any other tech issues. It’s a total no-brainer - choose Pablo!!!

I needed a computer but didn’t quite know what I needed. Pablo took the time to listen to what I needed it for and find me a range of options with honest comments about each! The computer was perfect for my needs! However, I am terrible at operating them and was working on a ship in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean when I ran into something I couldn’t understand and make work. Pablo managed to help and advise me via what’s app so that I was able to work the program and do exactly what I needed to!! In the middle of the sea!! :) Have absolutely no hesitation in using Pablo’s honest, reliable, professional and ridiculously knowledgeable services!

Pablo has resolved issues both on my MacBook and iPad. On both occasions he really went the extra mile to explain issues to me ( a complete technophobe! ) patiently and clearly and to overcome them at the best possible price and very quickly too!
