It's got to be the biggest Scam ever!
So I have been using this for like 7d now. It was marketed as a good seedbox and you will get root access. But in reality, you won't. You can install Ubuntu in docker that's all. and have root access in the docker ubuntu. There is tons of limitation. and the download speed is only 100mbps though it is marked as you will get a 10gig line. also, the storage speed is beyond broken. Trying to install an app will take more than a couple of hours. rclone is broken to mount 3 remote and it crashes you cant use any jellyfin or plex its wont load keeps crashing

OK .... until I placed a Cancellation Request
Signed up for 1 month, then 2 days prior to the end of that month, I placed a cancellation request. @mylo responded, but did not cancel the service. 4 days later, still waiting for cancellation to occur. In the meantime, I have been receiving "Invoice Overdue" and "Your service has been suspended" emails. No response from @mylo, no response from Billing & Support.
It is as though they deliberately refuse to cancel services; thank goodness I did not provide them with a credit card or PayPal subscription when initially signing up for 1 month!
