Ordered a spoiler for my bmw in glossy…
Ordered a spoiler for my bmw in glossy black. Came in the mail full of scratches. Send a mail to the website and the guy said it whas normal. I cannot immagine it is normal that when you buy a brand new spoiler, its full of scratches... i brought it to the paintshop to respray.
The spoiler also does not fit 100%. Not like they promise on the webshop. Don't order here. This guy sells shitty quallity.

On November 7th, 2024, we sent you an email with the tracking number and detailed installation instructions, clearly stating that the installation of the spoiler should be carried out by a professional paint shop due to the specific finish and the care required during the process.
On November 12th, 2024, you informed us that the spoiler arrived with small scratches. We promptly responded, explaining that, due to the packaging material (plastic), minor surface marks could occur during transport. However, these could be easily resolved with a basic polish at the workshop, a standard procedure to achieve a flawless finish.
Unfortunately, our recommendations were disregarded, and instead, you chose to publish false and misleading information in your review. It is important to highlight that defamation and spreading false information are serious matters and may constitute a crime under applicable laws. The statements in your review do not align with the facts documented in our email exchanges.
