On the 15th of May, my daughter and a friend arrived in Antibes, France. The booking for Appartcity was made for one week.
On arrival, we were charge more than when the booking was done by booking.com. On investigation, it was found out that they were charge for breakfast too.
We have then asked to be refunded the breakfast and cancelled the breakfast part. We were informed that the amount will be paid back immediately.
When settling into the room, the young ladies discovered that the room was very unhygienic and filthy. The floors and walls were extremely dirty and looking for pots, glasses etcetera these were found in the dishwasher, unwashed, full of mould and dirt. Wanting to leave, you are trapped, because there is penalties.
I want the money paid back for the cancellation of the breakfast asap and I want 50% of accommodation paid back to these girls for the inconvenience caused travelling after many hours from SA to be treated like this.
