Positive experience with Vivideo.ai support

I would like to highlight the great approach of the vivideo.ai team regarding my subscription. Although there was an initial misunderstanding about the cancellation of my annual plan and the subsequent charge, the support team was very helpful. After a brief discussion, they handled the situation professionally and issued a full refund. I truly appreciate this fair and customer-oriented approach—the issue was resolved quickly and to my complete satisfaction.

This is a blatant fake

This is a blatant fake. This thing just stole 30 minutes of my life, promising to generate a draft video based on the description I gave. They immediately demand payment without letting you preview the video they created. I’ve never seen such a scam anywhere else. Pointless, shady greed.
