A little skeptical at first as I normally am with online stuff. Having supplied the things I wanted to include a sample was prepared and it simply ticked every box. I went ahead and ordered the full version. There was one pronunciation issue and I also remembered I needed to add some additional lyrics. As promised this was done quickly with no fuss at all. I purchased two different songs. The first song I received but I asked for it to be sent via email. I didnt get it via email but I’ve got it.
The one I purchased yesterday of which I wrote my own lyrics for a song for when I’ve passed as health not good. The insight to song came through, music was lovely with my words, so I entered my email and tried to download it but my song etc but unfortunately everything has disappeared apart from receipt of payment and receipt number from company. I have emailed, messaged them with everything I have. I have only received an automated reply saying send your email and we’ll easily get the song to you. NOTHING has arrived. I have again email and inbox but nothing. Their customer service is the worse or maybe some songs are a scam!!! Devastated is an understatement!!

Scam company. Take your money and promise to get back to you with a queries as your customer means a lot to them.. absolute lies. I have sent 5 emails and no response. Song was absolute rubbish too. Take your money, then ghost you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I just ordered today a song for my son birthday. I'll send him the gift only in September but for now I want to thank this company for the great song created. I saw an ad on FB and was really touched by it. It was my Husband’s Birthday and I thought that would be a great gift! I wasn’t sure if I could do it, but it turned out to be so easy and when I heard the preview of the song I just had to purchase it. When I listened to it, it was the perfect song about “us” and it brought me to tears.

My husband teared up and said, “WOW that was really special”!!! The next words were, “how did you do that?”😊
