This website is a complete scam.
The AI detection feature costed me 1$ for 3days but the same research paper was given different percentage of AI generated text and human generation text.
The next day they tried to debit 29$ using my debit card details I used on the website for the first payment.
But my goodness I was wary and had set my card limit low as possible after the first transaction.that helped.
I'm scammed and you don't get scammed guy

I didn't even use the web. The web is not accessible.

Canceled the subscription but for some reason they anyway continued it and took my money. Their website AI overall was worst but here it is pure scam. Not recommending in any ways.

It is nothing but a scam. I went for a trial and my account was debited twice after some time without actual subscription.i didnt even use the app for anything. It was a complete fraud.

It was really hard to cancel, and I'm really hoping, that after canceling, they won't charge anything. Let me know if they do though!

Abusive practice because at no point do they make this clear, but they say that you were the one who made a mistake in agreeing.

Brazilian legislation says that any consumer can cancel a purchase within 7 days and even though they presented a law they did not want to cancel the purchase.
Now I'm going to file a lawsuit to get my money back.

I made a subscription for just 1 dollar and then i canceled my subscription but they charged me for 29.99 dollar. Never use them. They are waiting like a sharke to take your money. I canceled my card because of them to be in safe.

If I could give it less than 1 star, that'd be even better. These guys are a scam. I paid for their 0.99 trial run, but then they decided that my word count was too big, so I couldn't even use it. Three days later, they tried to charge me $30 for their garbage site, but luckily, my bank caught it and blocked the charge. It doesn't help that they don't have a section on their website where you can manage your subscription and payment information, so you can't cancel it yourself. Instead, you have to go through their customer service portal, which luckily was very quick and easy, so that might be the only good part of this site. Bottom line, don't use this professionally looking scam site.

When I contacted customer support to request a refund, they responded with a generic message citing their refund policy, refusing to acknowledge how unclear the sign-up process was. Even though I canceled the account immediately and never used the service beyond the trial, they still denied the refund.

This business model feels deceptive and dishonest. I’ve already opened a dispute with my card provider and will report the site to consumer protection platforms. Be careful — this is not a trustworthy service.

i was charged $29.99 for a month subscription, i only wanted to use the 3 days trial which i paid $0.99, why was i charged for monthly subscription of $29.99 without any notice. i have reported the issue to visa that i did not authorize such payment. i think this platform is a scam.
