Will not actually fix errors

Spent a while making an app to help me catalogue/index my cookbooks. Was able to get features I wanted, but there is a bug. I tell it about the bug, does 'something' which does not fix it and half the time seems to make other features glitch out. I've told it about a million times to fix the specific bug, it has not, and I've now wasted monthly credits for both March and April (despite it only being the 6th April!!) trying to fix a bug that limits the app's functionality on my iPad.

This is on the free version. I wouldn't pay for this if I'm spending my monthly credits trying to fix bugs that should have been fixed on the first round, not at the like 250th request. For obvivous reasons I would also not use it to launch an app on the App store (but again paid features in a $40 a month subscrioption)

Base44 platform is OFFLINE!!!

Base44 platform is OFFLINE!!!
Base44 platform has stopped working. Tuesday 3rd February 2026.
Users can't login nor send support ticket and all users' apps and platforms have disappeared from the internet with a 502 BAD GATEWAY warning. Did we waste all our money, efforts and time??

UPDATE:
The platform is back, same day, but that incident was a something to be worried about, honestly.

This is a website that does not have the ability to create a full-fledged product. They created a website for me, forced me to pay for a membership, purchase a domain, and now I do not have a fully functioning website. If at the beginning, when they pointed out the errors in their website creation, they fixed something, then later they only started to formally apologize, supposedly everything was fixed, but in reality nothing changed. Do not start app.base44.com, because you will lose a lot of nerves and money.
