Transfer take too long to be received

Transferred money this morning and it's been almost two hours without any sign of it being received and it's payment for a purchase.

Problem has been resolved,I like how fast the customer service responded rapidly to my concerns. Will definitely continue using astropay.

Account closed for no apparent reason

Account closed for no apparent reason. Contacting support they keep quoting clause 11.3. After having read the clause I done everything right so no idea why they closed the account and do not want to help apart from generic responses and no aim for a resolution. Just to add the response is generic and does not a dress the issue as mentioned above. Even if you are right; whatever they do must make you wrong.

Withdrawal issues and poor support response

I've been unable to withdraw my funds to my bank account for over a week, and every time I reach out to support, I’m told to 'wait.' This lack of resolution and communication is frustrating and leaves me feeling uncertain about the security of my money. I would appreciate clear answers and a timely solution to this issue.

Quick timely service!

This company has surprised me on their customer service response time, it was practically inmediate. Without mentioning the many financial benefits like 3%cash back, plus the transaction wait times are very quick. I totally recommend them.

I had an issue with my mobile money…

I had an issue with my mobile money withdrawal. They indicated payment as complete despite not sending the funds to my account. I followed up the issue with customer support and I got my money back!!

They are scammers,I withdrew money from Astropay to Airtel money and the transaction is marked completed on Astropay but 8 days later no money has been received in my Airtel money wallet.Keep off Astropay they are thieves

They refused to delete my information.

They refused to delete my information.. Please avoid.

I created my account and realized their fees was too high, so i talked with customer care and requested that they delete my account and my information. He guy refused and said they have to keep my information for a certain period of time. I asked him twice that what is the specified time. He didn't answer. It feels like he was avoiding the question which is a red flag. I have taken the screenshot and transcript of the chat and I will approach the regulatory body directly.

They are a scam, please avoid

I made two transactions last week with…

I made two transactions last week with two different amounts both from AstroPay to my mobile account. The one with the small amount went through and then another one with a larger amount is still being held up despite being told it would take a day. This is a worrying experience

Is my transaction deliberately held up?

I made two transactions from AstroPay to my mobile money on Friday and since I wanted to test whether it was functioning properly, I started with a small amount which was successful then I transacted 4 times the amount. Now the transaction says in progress more than 48 hrs later. On the app it said it could take a day, now it’s been more than that and their customer care email is unresponsive. Really frustrating so Please beware.
