Overall very happy as I received my documents. Global Apostille (with trading name Frenchside Translation) delivered my birth certificate within 28 working days. I was initially told it would take 15 working days, so this is almost double, but despite that, it's a lot quicker than when I applied myself (I've been waiting for over 11 months, and still waiting). My police clearance was ready after 19 working days. This is also more than double the estimated timeframe of 7 working days I was given, but still much quicker than doing it myself. The apostille for both documents took only 4 working days.

I will use them again if I need expedited documents in the future. They may be ambitious with the target dates, but in the end they delivered.

The service I recieved from Global Apostille was nothing short of impeccable, especially from Service Coordinator, Aida Sala who was genuinely kind, helpful, and professional in handling the courier and apostille process of my document every step of the way. The whole process was coordinated and completed with Aida's expertise and guidance in less than a week and at a very affordable rate as well, which really impressed me. This service was amazing and a real lifesaver. Aida was very professional and quick to respond to questions. Like other have said, the whole process took a little longer than advertised, but otherwise it was flawless. We ordered two letters of non-impediment which are a real pain to get outside SA. I relied heavily on these reviews when trying to figure out how to get apostilled documents while living in a country without an embassy. So let me just say that I highly recommend Global Apostille.

I would have rated this service 1 star, but I’ve added an extra star solely because I did eventually receive a digital copy of my letter of no impediment (not even the physical copy yet - so this is being generous).

While Aida was very responsive in the beginning and assured me that the process would take 10 days, or 15 days at the most, this was not the case. Payment was made on 31 July, and the documents were only ready for collection on 3 September.

I would not recommend this service if you are looking for something fast, reliable, and transparent with consistent updates - especially considering the cost involved. Even after being informed that the documents were ready for collection on 3 September, it has now been 12 days with no further communication from her since the payment was made.

I had an very good experience with Global Apostille. I needed assistance with a obtaining a Police Clearance Certificate while being overseas - something I was not looking forward to doing. Aida was very communicative, and the process was handled professionally.

Don't make the mistake of using this company! They do not keep their promises. I paid for an express service and the document was not delivered in the timeframe provided - in fact the document was not provided at all. To make matters worse, the person who spoke to me is now refusing to respond to my emails. Stay away from this company!!!

I must say, reading these reviews I had a completely different experience. I paid the fee for my drivers license confirmation letter on 30 June 2025. Aida confirmed a turn around time of 13 working days. Since then I have not had any further communication from them. I have sent numerous follow up emails without any response. I have since received my confirmation letter from RTMC for free. So I have lost the nearly R2700 that I paid, without even an apology or a reason for delay.

Quick turnaround time (~1 week) compared to the time it would take to send the docs directly to DIRCO (>6 weeks). I experienced slow communication (eg. Response to e-mails). But I still grateful that I received the docs much earlier that what it generally takes to get them done directly.

I would like to give my sincere gratitude to Aida and Gloabal Apostille Certificate service for their assistance with my Police Clearance Certificate. I needed mine urgently and with in 8 working days it was in my inbox as a soft copy. I would recommend their services to anyone who need fast, professional support.

3 October Review (1): I previously rated Aida and her team a 5 and below have kept my review comment from the process. Sadly, the experience ended on a bad note. I paid R1300 for a DHL Courier that was not used and despite emails and phone calls since 15th July, I have not received either a refund, or any written confirmation of a credit note. Aida explained this month that her manager has told her that he would not be in business if he gave people refunds. This was so unexpected and deeply disappointing as business ethics should ensure that paperwork reflect all debits and credits. As this is a trust review, I have to be open and amend my previous score. I would be deeply embarrassed if someone followed my recommendation below, only to have the same happen. Transparency is how trust is built.

9 July Review (5): Aida and her team delivered our documents in half the time promised by other agencies. We needed documents from home affairs and they needed to be apostilled by DIRCO and sent to Germany. We were kept informed through out. DIRCO themselves had staff issues that delayed the process, but Global Apostille continued to update us. Thank you to Aida Sala and her team, we were able to meet an almost impossible deadline.

I am very grateful for the care that the team took with my documents. I do think that the turnaround time of 3-days is a little misleading though. I now understand that refers to the time they(Global) have documents at Dirco, but one needs to take processing time into account.
Other than that, communication was good. Aida is super friendly and professional.

This is the real deal for any document you want done. Highly recommended. Very satisfied.
