This company is Very sketchy. Hasn’t worked for me… when I contacted Apollo TV support via email they said my name wasn’t in their system although I paid for 2 years! The 708 number +1 (708) 808-7492 is the number of the person who was sometimes supporting me. I asked for a refund and now No one gets back to me. The app has not consistently worked. Got this mid July…it’s inconsistently worked about 3 times. NO SUPPORT! NO MONEY back!!! Don’t send them your bitcoins!!!

I had the pleasure of working with one of your agents name, Mike Smith today numerous times. He walked me through the process, dealing with the bitcoin process up to the final installment of IBOplayer. He was very, very patient with me. Of course the system is not that easy especially if you don’t use it regularly. I totally appreciate his service and patience. I am a retired supervisor from the department of the veterans affairs call center. I know superior customer service first hand. Mr. Michael Smith is a very good agent. I hope this will help with a letter of appreciation for his customer service provided. It’s not every day you get someone on the other line that you can hear his smile and feel his patience. That’s what you call. Great customer service.
