**Since Apollo keeps spamming me for a review through email** Here you go. CS was great but, Apollo will not support their products long-term. I have an Apollo v2 52v from 2022. The battery needed replacement. They only sell the Apollo 2.0 52v battery. I purchased it by accident and I had to return it due to it not being compatible. Lost money on a restocking-fee. So they scammed me on a restocking-fee since people can make this v2 vs. 2.0 error very easily. I didn't know the 2.0 even existed. Buy a ZERO 10X 52V 23.4Ah Battery. Direct replacement. $750

Solid scooter, great acceleration that happily you can tune down. Power up hills is good. Range is fine
The handle bars rotate a degree around the center of the tube, which is disappointing.
The hex keys in the tool set are cheap and round-off easy, say, when you are trying to tighten the headset on the scooter on assembly.
Bought the phantom in the summer and it has not let me down. I have been riding it almost every day since without issues. Some close calls, but the agility and control allows you to quickly react to situations. Highly recommend. Love my apollo
I am very happy with my Apollo Go scooter. As an owner of 5 quality scooters (the 5 I kept) Apollo is right up there with the ones I am keeping. The build is solid, the ride is smooth and the customer service is one of the best I've ever had to work with. I had purchased the Go from a buddy who no longer needed it. He never needed the ludo mode so it was never set up. Of course I would like the additional oomph, but for the average daily riders it was more then enough without it. So I reached out to Apollo on how to activate it, it turns out it was a bit more indepth then just activating it on the app. Not only did they come back with followups but was very eager to assist, knowing it was second hand. I was still treated like a direct first hand customer. They helped and treated me as an owner of their product and not as a customer, if you know what I mean. This is the best form of customer service in my opinion. Once I free up some room, I will definitely get another Apollo scooter in their upper line up.

I've been surprised by how good the customer support from Apollo has been since day 1. I bought the product from a Best Buy in the US and needed some support with the product. Apollo took on the charge to send me all the necessary information and support to fix my issue (including videos and detailed instructions), even when the warranty was supposed to be under Best Buy's responsibility. Many of Apollo's workers reached out and answered all my questions and concerns.

Now the product itself is fabulous. It rides smoothly, it looks sleek and stylish, the scooter's features are great, the app works amazingly, and the battery allows for great mileage.

Rides like a Lexus LS500. The product is very smooth; however, I have nothing to compare it with. Overall, the ride feels solid, steady, and responsive.
I’ve had an Apollo go for 1.5 years. The rear tire went flat so I ordered the replacement from Apollo for $60 (bc shipping is as much as the tire). I went to replace and both rear hex bolts stripped. I took it to a e-scooter repair shop and they had the same issue. The bolts seized due to use and heat from rear wheel. Apollo claims they don’t know of a defect but sent videos and instructions but would not return my calls. They are now sending me a new wheel for another $60 charge. So I spent $1,200 on the scooter, $60 on a tire another $50 on a wheel, plus at least $150 to $300 on the shop bill. I wouldn’t recommend this scooter due to the defect.

Reliable scooter only issue I had with the Apollo go is that it only goes 25-26 and I only weigh 140lbs wish it went the 28mph
First of all I received stellar scooter very fast! But once I assembled it, it only turned on for few minutes and never turned on again… I think scooter I received wasn’t a completely new one.. I think it’s an open box scooter because many signs indicated that it was a returned scooter..of course , I ordered a brand new scooter. long story short , I took it to certified shop and they said wire was broken… in the end it took me over 50 emails with Apollo to return it and it is still in process of returning and I haven’t gotten my money back guarantee yet.. hopefully I will get back my payment soon ..

I was genuinely excited to buy an Apollo scooter… until the customer service experience pushed me in the opposite direction.
After placing an order, we realized within two hours that we needed to cancel and use a different card. Instead of a straightforward refund, Apollo told us they could only offer store credit toward another scooter, which directly conflicted with the policy on their own site. Not exactly confidence-boosting.
After some back-and-forth, they admitted the mistake and processed a refund, but shorted us 3%, a fee that appears nowhere visible in their documentation. So in the end, we lost time, trust, and money over a same-day cancellation.
It’s unfortunate, because I truly was interested in buying an Apollo. Now, I share my experience with others so they know what to expect before ordering.
