complete waste of money, it's a complete fraud, avoid getting trapped with the sales team, hardly any candidates they have on their platform, i lost my money, they dont even ready to refund.

Worst company for hiring. Doesnt offer any leads. Instead asks you to change your job profile requirements.

Apna is one of the worst on line platform. Do not trust these people. There is zero domain expertise. None of the staff understands the employees requirement. Iam being scammed in the name of providing employees. I would advice all not to fall in thier trap.

This company is so pathetic, they take the payment and job post doesn't go live even after week. no support from any team, sales team did the sales so they won't pickup the calls, account manager will say it is not my job to get this live, sales team should have done it. no one takes the responsibility and customer just calls here and there and no response.

they took 12k rupee from us for 24credits and they blocked our account with false alligation .

They never refunded our money nor they gave us proof of our alligations.

They do not even have a call number where we can contact them. They always tell us to email them but it is always a automated reply.

They do not even have a office in all the locations they claim to have.

It is a totaly a fraud website stay away from it !!!

fake database cheating money i took multiple experiences by paying them for hiring staff for my company and every time they said they are checking but after time over for hiring they will start calling to renew the subscription, i request all better go Old service provider like Naukari, shine etc but don't trust like this cheaters

Never pay ApnaHire. They are running a scam. They will take money from you and the person who calls you has no idea about what she/he is doing. If you need a professor, they will flood you with 200 applications of a car mechanic. Whats the use? Better use other portals. This Apna is no apna..... just plain useless.

This is a scam. They take money but all candidates are AI based or their own call center people. They will never turn to an interview despite saying they are available. Try it yourself, if you want to donate money to a scam organization. Also there is one more sibling of Apna its Work India

i feel so stupid that i didnt check trustpilot before i used Apna's services 4 times - at least! we are F&B service providers and we are constantly hiring using all channels that we have, Apna has the worst customer service that only pushes you to take more subscription, they are least interested in helping you hire, the algorithm that generates lead and shows your recruitment post to suitable candidates is totally trash, whether you are looking for ground beginners level white collar, ground level or expert level blue collar, we have tried it all! They are incapable of hiring ANY decent candidates for you. They keep showing totally irrelevant candidates who has totally unrelated experience or people with totally unverified information and background. Also the so-called support calls are all super extremely pushy sales calls, multiple times their people would call with a tone like if you dont take one more subscription you are a low level human being, speaking unnecessarily rude and mean, i mean if you wanna close a deal at least learn how to speak and thats basic common sense. Im sorry to say this because this is not personal but the sales team sounds more like uneducated gangsters than actual sales people. Please dont fall for their fake 'India's biggest whatever' pitch, its the worst hiring platform you could possibly use. Thank you for reading my review:)

they scammed me out of 1900 inr..after taking money for premium they asked various documents and even after providing my gst certification , my gst verification mobile number and email associated with my gst they said its incorrect while all details were correct

1. Database Search: The database search functionality needs improvement. The options are good, but it's not fetching qualified profiles effectively. The search results often yield profiles that are not relevant to the job requirements, leading to a poor user experience.

2. Profile Updates: Approximately 90% of the profiles in the database appear to be outdated or not updated. This makes it challenging to find and connect with active and relevant candidates.

3. Results: Despite utilizing the available options, the search results often lead to zero or very limited outcomes. This can be frustrating and time-consuming for recruiters who are looking to identify potential candidates for open positions.

I believe that addressing these issues will significantly enhance the overall user experience and the effectiveness of the Apna Recruiter application/service. Thank you for considering this feedback, and I hope to see improvements in the near future.

The customer service and account management team is a big mess with Apna Jobs. Looks like a scam to me. They have promised me something about Pop ups that will make people restrict to apply as per our requirement but that feature isn't working. I was dealing with the AM name "Akansha". No proper response to our queries. No response on phone and Whatsapp. Called them multiple times and sent text. Not even bothered to respond. Once the sale is done their job is completed. She was very eager to have the sale completed as we were speaking to a different person and she took over him and said, I will be the AM for you and do not talk to the other person. All this enthu has ended once we made the payment to Apna Jobs. It's a blunder mistake we did.

The service is very bad, after the measurement they don't even give a reply, they said it will be updated in 30 minutes but it has been 2 days and there is no update

Pathetic experience with apna.co, very poor aura of people with lack of knowlege and experienced applies here and talk like stupid not even a sense of talking and telling that they are getting salary, I have tried 2 times and face the same enviornment all the time

This is not free job post website they wrote, wasting my time and ack for package. not suggest to anyone.

#Apna is a cheat n fraud company. They took money and documents and then they blocked our numbers. They lie and harrassed us like anything.
#indeed, #workindia etc are real. Anything but apna.

Apna Database is Useless & Fraud. They don't give you clarity about the coin uses & they deduct coins unnecessarily.

Useless model. Not recommended to anyone. Disappointed.

I lost my money and now i am struggling to get my refund, why you guys have no interest to refund when you are unable to provide service, I am following up with you for more than 10 days now for my own money. I request all readers not to Trust them they are cheat they will steal your hard earned money, They are liars

We have taken subscription but never got a single candidate for the relevant post.
Even the Relationship manager does not respond when we called him for assistance.
Candidates applied for the post are from very far location or their experience doesn't fulfil the requirement criteria.
We are really unsatisfied with APNA service.
