I subscribed to APmix's cheapest plan to test the service and cancelled the next day. The free test tokens worked well, but the paid experience was disappointing. Muse Spark 1.3 was unreliable and failed to respond most of the time. The usage accounting was also confusing. I used 3.3 million tokens on paid models, but my monthly usage showed 7.6 million because it also included 4.3 million tokens used with the supposedly free DeepSeek V4 Flash Free model. If using a free model counts against my paid monthly allowance, that should be clearly explained upfront. Based on the unreliable service and unclear usage accounting, I do not recommend APmix.
