Not what was expected

Although there was a lot of interest from AplyiD when signing us up, the support appears to have fallen away. There was also a misunderstanding as to how we could invoice our clients in respect of this service. Altogether, not really satisfactory. The software itself however does appear to be good and do the job well, hence 2 stars instead of 1.

Unable to use it

Well not great because I couldn't proceed with the request on my mobile phone as it said it wasn't compatible. I have a Samsung S9 that isn't ancient, so a bit frustrating. I was able to complete the ID process by forwarding the request to my husband's phone (also a Samsung - A series). I was told by Chris that an new upgraded system at your end would soon override these issues, so hopefully you have this resolved now, as I'm sure I'm not the only person unable to use APLY.

Excellent service so far

Excellent service so far, given only used this service a couple of times.

Be good if download could be longer than 5 minutes though - maybe 15 minutes :)

Would be helpful if the docs were kept longer online once view and saved, just incase we had a computer fault and had to re download them
