Used this company a few times in the past no issues. Placed an order around 6 weeks ago. Was told that order may take up to 3-4 weeks. Paid up front and nothing has arrived. Left Voicemails & emails and no reply!
Used company before. No issues & very happy to use again. Placed repeat order September 2024 and paid £468 upfront.
Two months later still no delivery. Have given up calling and emailing to be honest. Have left maybe 20+ messages.

No idea what is happening? Very frustrating
Ordered a few times, but the current order went just terrible. Emails ignored for weeks and production not even started after 6 weeks (instead of delivery after 2). Stated they moved offices so they can't answer Emails. Something that should be mentioned when placing orders and certainly not an excuse to ignore customers. We moved to a different supplier.
Waiting for a large outstanding delivery, no reply to emails or phone calls. Not sure they are still trading. Substantially out of pocket. Not a happy customer
APL were meant to supply us with printed tissue paper in 7-10 days. 7 weeks later and we are still waiting, despite paying upfront. We are now trying to get a refund but it's like pulling teeth to get anyone to speak to you. Worst customer service we've ever experienced in 30 years of trading. Best avoided.
APL has supplied bags to us for many years now, but we won't be using them again. Not sure what has happened this year, but previously excellent customer service has plummeted, core products are always out of stock and worst of all, we are still chasing them for a refund for an undelivered order from the start of the year. Really disappointing.
Arrived quickly, ordered on a Friday with standard delivery and arrived a few days later via DPD. Perfect boxes and a great price. Highly recommend
