Scammers, be careful! Bad quality, no return policy!

I have bought a armband for my Apple Watch Ultra 2, despite the bad quality and super long waiting times I have initiated a refund process by writing the company several emails which they never responded to. I have paid from Germany to Austria for 13,99€ a DHL pack to send back the goods to the company and they never refunded the money. Very low level, unprofessional. RFNr.: 7066
