I am and have been for several years a "Prop Firm" junkie. I keep coming back to APEX because they keep improving, changing for the better. This is a tough business. Day Trading isn't easy. One of, if not the hardest endeavor I have challenged in my 80 years, and I am still on top of my game. The changes they have made in their "customer support" needed to happened and it has happened. I like that, because I did answers and I am a communicator.

So far so good
So far so good! Through the eval phase and it went just fine. Accredited the account to passed and upgraded o PA the same day I passed. (one day passing is a true gift) Also I like the 100% split. It's annoying with other firms to earn 5 grand just to get only 4K with their 80/20% split method. I mean..... I did make 5K no? Anyway.... I am liking it so far. We'll see how the payout goes. Until that experience I am easily giving a 5 Star!

i love you all , and you are doing a great a job , apex is my first ever prop firm , this is my 3rd account and passed second time , the evaluation , also got payout one last account before blowing it and hoping to do well in this passed account , through which i am giving this review , team is good , had solved all my problem and once i had lost my account the recent one which i had passed , but when i asked them to check back they did check thoroughly and revived my account and look i have passed the same account and now starting my new PA journey happy with everything , and also tagged you on on my linkdln account but i dont see any one responding to my post thats sad , but ok. overal super Happy with APEX

Avoid at all costs – Profits denied with no path to resolution
I am writing this to warn other traders about my experience with Apex Trader Funding. While their marketing makes it incredibly easy to sign up and purchase accounts with tempting sales, the reality of their "support" and payout process is the complete opposite.
After successfully trading and meeting their requirements, my payout request was denied. When I attempted to reach out for an explanation, I was met with zero transparency. I was not given a legitimate opportunity to discuss or clarify what they claimed was a "violation." It feels like they look for any excuse—no matter how arbitrary—to avoid paying out traders who are actually successful. To make matters worse, they have ignored my requests for a refund, leaving me with no way to resolve the situation.
This company is not interested in building a fair partnership with traders; they are interested in taking your entry fees and then moving the goalposts the moment you show a profit. Do not waste your hard-earned money or your time here, as they have proven they will not stand behind their end of the agreement.

WARNING GLOBAL TRADERS: Apex Keeps Reversed Profits (Ticket #1571045)Do not trust Apex Trader Funding if you live outside the USA. I passed my evaluations honestly and secured a $1,495.99 USD contract payout. Due to their third-party processor (Plane) failing to handle global banking routes to my country, the payout deadlocked for two months.Following Support Supervisor Elise's direct instructions, I had Plane cancel the transaction. On July 9, 2026, Plane officially completed the cancellation and returned the full $1,500.00 USD directly back into Apex's master merchant bank network under tracking Reference 627651-20260520.The exact second Apex received my returned funds, they locked my account access, banned my profile under a lazy compliance excuse, and pocketed my $1,500.00 profit. Front-line support agent Karan just copy-pasted Section 12 of their agreement to claim that because their processor glitched, they get to permanently keep the trader's hard-earned profits. They sent a few tiny evaluation refunds to hide behind legal fine print, but they are actively keeping my contract earnings on their ledger. They are thieves when it is time to withdraw profits. Avoid this platform at all costs.
