I have been buying crypto mining machines from Apexto mining with REP. Wendy Huang prices are always fair with fast shipping excellent communication and fast response time would highly recommend will buy from again.

First of all this company are liars. There website says "13 Years of Experiences". (Yes with the S at the end), The global sources website says they have been in the crypto industry since 2007 and selling ASIC miners since 2017. Do that math and it is 7 years coming on 8 years. First Lie. I mentioned this because they are NON-TRUSTWORTHY, they claim their own warehouses yet to order a mining accessory (Such as Power Lead, etc) they charge you $200 shipping) I purchased over $22k US from the company. I was assigned a sales/tech support personnel with my purchase. The sales techniques are to rush your decisions, and pushy. The miners I received (AL2 L) from my a order (4 of them) all were missing warranty/tamper proof stickers. The units when you pick them up all feel as though something is loose inside the AL2's. All 4 of them. 258,000 mining machines sold they claim. This would equate to 32,658 per year or 90 units sold per day. Another bunch of spin an lies. This company is founded on untruthfulness and I learned the hard way. Also the tech specs of the miners they list are not accurate (at least when I was making my purchases) as they left out vital information like power requirements (Type of cable to use, an accurate test of the power draw, how many Amps the machine will draw etc). They copy and paste from mining manufacturers with no testing themselves of the sample machines/miners so that customer has accurate real world data which a customer needs before purchasing a machine. The purchase of miner was under the information from their specs listed from the mining machine sales page, only to find out later when it arrived that it was drawing over 10amps from the wall. I talked to my sales assistant about these issues/problems and her response was to do your own research. Thats a kick in the ba*** when you rely on accurate information from their website only to find out it is inaccurate to real world power consumption. Basically I would stay away from this business. One more thing is they have a presence on Aliexpress also, and they are dishonest about prices. The prices on a listing are often very low and their is a condition that they only accept crypto and they do not issue Tax Invoices or any documentation with the miners. When you look at their listings it will ask you to contact via WhatsApp for the current up-to-date prices. This I find frustrating because if they are such a well established company, surely they would have paid a developer or done it in house, and had created a bot that interacts with their suppliers prices and automatically updates the prices evey day on their website. That would be a simple exercise but I guess they want to leave a false impression that the mining sector is so fast paced. Which makes it challenging when you have to report your tax status every year. Since Apexto do not provide Invoices (At least for me). There are other aspects of this company that from the outset, if you do the calculations, their claims do not match the various websites they have a presence on. (Years in business, Miners Sold, When company started etc). Straight away red flags as they are dishonest about their companies history which was enough for me to stay well away from them in future purchases.

I was nervous at first because there are a lot of bad sites out there. However, the team at Apexto took really good care of me, kept me updated, and especially Lisa! She checked in with me and made sure everything was going well (even after I received the equipment). Also, they shipped out from Hong Kong on a Sunday!! I ordered Friday night, they shipped on Sunday, and I received it on Thursday! Super fast delivery, no issues whatsoever, and they even included a free bonus power cord for my country. I will definitely order from them again! Thank you so much for your help and for being a trusted seller!

Absolutely terrible support

So let me give you guys a little bit of context. For the past week or so, I've been looking at a specific miner on their website. I opened a chat ticket for support because the coupon I had for 50$ off had been removed from my order that was in my cart. The representative said the coupon was only for new members and my account wasn't registered as new anymore. However she said she could apply it to my order if I did the order through her. So that's what I did. Saturday, I decided to pay for the miner and send the exact amount she had told me in the correct cryptocurrency and everything. According to the exchange website's support team, the receiving address would receive it at the latest 3 days later due to the high exchange demand. So that's exactly what I told the representative. Now, she's trying to charge me extra AND remove the coupon because the company decided to increase their prices. This makes absolutely 0 sense since they gave me a clear fix quote and invoice to print. Asking me now to have to pay more because THEY updated their price after I already paid is fraud. I am not afraid to take the necessary actions.
