I've been a customer for 5 years. The vehicles are high spec and as new. Their communication is fabulous they're extra helpful and respectful. Cannot fault them one bit. They don't try and hammer you for wear and tear

I’ve tried the rest and Apex are by far the Best!
I’ve been using Apex Car Rental for many years. Great product on offer and not the usual tie ins with a traditional lease. New cars and latest models swopped regularly. No fuss. All the staff and directors are super helpful and go the extra mile.
Paul , Josh , Jordan and Jodie all been super helpful in the past.
Only slight negative is Electric and Plugin range is somewhat limited but I’m lead to believe this is being addressed going forward hopefully with some more Premium models.
Keep up the great work and I look forward to many more happy miles of Apex motoring.

As you are aware the Motor Industry is going through a massive change away from ICE engines to PHEV and BEV. Product is changing rapidly and we believe the PHEV vehicles are the way forward but the cost of many of the vehicles is a huge uplift going forward. What I do know is that for September we will have some Volkswagen Product, we already advertise the Passat and this should be added to with Tiguan which I believe has a PHEV electric range of over 70 miles …. Watch this space.

I first took a car out in November…
I first took a car out in November 2025, expecting it to be short term. However, 7 months later I am still leasing from Apex. I’ve had the car changed 3 times since being with them and they’ve always communicated clearly and in advance. Swap overs have always been easy and straightforward too. I’d recommend them to anyone who is looking to lease a car.

Positive Experience - Ford Tourneo Custom Lease
Dealt with Josh in head office. Josh was brilliant and responsive from the point of my enquiry to receipt of car, two weeks later.
Josh fielded answers to all my concerns and queries effortlessly. We received a lovely Ford Custom 9 seater today with a very good deal.
If I have any points to improve, its to make the onboarding process digital. lots of manual forms to download in 2026 is too time consuming ! However, the car price and flexibility softens this!

Competitively priced. Staff are flexible when it comes to switchover date with no delivery/pickup issues to date. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend based on my experience so far.

28 day rolling contract and a new van every approximate 9000 Miles is a great peace of mind compared to being in a 5 year lease contract. We drive Ford Transit Vans and and never need to be off the road for MOT, service or tyre changes, we also dive long mileage in comfort and look professional in front of our clients when arriving onsite.
