No communication. They will ignore your emails, texts, and phone calls. They are not helpful and did not help my business at all.

Be very wary of this company. You can’t seem to call and speak to anyone, just leave messages, and getting a response takes days. Asking them to cancel my subscription service with them is proving to be extremely difficult. I emailed last Friday to request in writing that it be canceled, then on Sunday I was billed again for the subscription. They bill in advance of work being done. I wrote another email requesting my subscription be cancelled and a refund processed. I had someone call me yesterday who said they could be my account manager as my past account manager missed our scheduled call the previous Thursday. I said I was still only interested in cancelling. After multiple calls and emails I’ve still had no response from a supervisor.
UPDATE: After asking for a time I’d hear from a supervisor and being told by end of day (longer then the 24hrs they first suggested), I did finally receive a call from a supervisor who was polite and said they would start processing a refund and would confirm my subscription was cancelled. I did mention in my last email to the administrator - before receiving my call from supervisor- that I would be lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau who seems to have had many complaints. I wish I’d done my homework before signing up. Though it was resolved I can NOT recommend this company. I suggest doing your research before starting any work with them.

Because we are a local spa, our clients place a great emphasis on closeness. By making us voice-searchable, we made it simple for them to locate and schedule services. Highly recommended!

Deceitful. The rep that called me worked hard to get my business. I felt he earned it so for a one time charge of $199.99 I agreed. What followed were four additional charges of $19.99 over the next 30 days. It seems I also agreed to a subscription - which I did not. When I called the company to dispute the subscription I was repeatedly told I agreed to the subscription and did not chose to opt out or cancel it. I shared that I did not chose to opt out or cancel because I never agreed to a subscription to begin with! When the billing person refused to credit me for the remaining 3 charges (she credited me for one) I threatened to call my credit card company and dispute the $199.99 along with the 4 charges. They politely agreed to credit me the 4, $19.99 charges. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I must say I fall for the trap bravo to the salesman I might take a page from his book but I must warn others not to fall for the trap. This company is a scam. Do not sign anything Matter of fact I wouldn’t even entertain that idea of talking to them. I wouldn’t be surprised if this guy’s are working from the garage. Don’t fall for the bullshit they’re selling nothing will get done with them and they will bill you every month and give you more bullshit story they’re doing when they are not doing shit. This company is a scam. Do not fall for warning.

Do not go with this company! You can never get a hold of them!! If you have concerns they do not respond! Every time you call your call goes to voicemail and they never call you back! I have been with them for 5 months and nothing has happened but they keep billing you! I have tried to cancel my services with them but nobody responds! A total scam company!

They call me every day 1 to 5 times… rmlapexmediasol dot com are scamers with fake numbers every time. I’ve asked them over and over to remove me off their lists. I tell them straight to go « F*** themselves ». After recognizing them, they call with the same story over and over, so yesterday I fell in their trap « on purpose » to get their company website/name so I can write this review about « rmlapexmediasol dot com ». So yesterday towards the end of the call they have the balls to ask me for $200 so I can be on 5 voice search plateforms. It’s not by annoying the hell out of people they will get my business. I reverse checked all of their phone numbers, none of them are real, none. There are so many red flags with these people. On top of all the crap they have the balls to say: « Well you gave us all this private information… you must be interested.» And I answered: « What I gave you, is public domain, none of it is private. » And then I call out their fraudulent ways, then they go on the defensive and act all hurt. They spam call me over and over. Probably all the positive reviews for them on this plateform are themselves trying to look better? My comment and the others that talk negatively about rmlapexmediasol dot com are probably the only genuine reviews of them. They have spam called my company at least 100 times in the last 2 months or so.
Every day, I will update the number of times they call me.
Annoying calls:
January 22nd 2025: 4 calls
January 23rd 2025: 2 calls
January 24th 2025: 2 calls

Do not trust this company or any like it. These companies cold call and do a bait-and-switch on their initial offers and services. I requested a cancellation before my onboarding appointment. They then played the policy game as it relates to giving me a complete refund. I was then referred to Amy, in Quality Assurance. She alleged that the work and activation were completed but she could not give me a timestamp as to when this occurred. But this is a tech company and doesn't know or refused to give me the requested information to justify this alleged "work and activation". Amy also asserted that I would be on all 5 platforms for life. However, as I probed more. She said that I would be removed from Google and Alexa, in 30 days, due to those companies' contractual policies. Hence, falsely telling me I would be on all platforms for life. I asked who is the owner and their name(s) and I was refused. She told me to look it up and/or check my emails for the name. David was rude and condescending when I initially asked for a refund. He tried to tell me my concerns about the authenticity of all these recently excellent reviews was not an issue. However, it is very reasonable to see the drastic shift in the reviews and other factors that are apparent in the reviews as the truth of their poor services. Don't waste your time and money.

My home remodelling company stood out in a crowded industry thanks to Apex. They made several videos comparing the project's initial state to its final state, which they then posted on social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram. Because of the buzz they generated, they consistently receive new clients.

DO NOT USE! This is a gimmick service. They make you think your business will thrive if you follow the process...unfortunately, that is not true. I showed up for every appointment- they however did not. They would call and reschedule and deem that a contact point. I provided everything they asked for. After 3 months of nothing, I requested cancellation. They not only ignored that request (even after responding to my request with false promises) they charged my card anyways. I contacted them a total of 7 times to cancel both in writing and via call. They did not. My google score remained 0% the entire time, visibility was 0. I had to add my own company to YELP, they did not. They wanted 5 reviews from customers on google- unfortunately they did not get my business listed on google after having me submit many documents, deeming it impossible for my customers to leave a review. 1 star is too many for this company. They will say when you ask about their reviews that it is because "the client did not do their part"- WRONG! I have numerous documents proving otherwise- they did NOT do THEIR part! Again, horrible company, false promises, and thieves.

I was initially very excited for Apex to help my business through search engines. In the beginning everything was going nice and smooth. Then two months in, the main search engine business page was suspended. For 5 months now, all I hear is "we have submitted tickets and it will be up and going within 5 business days." This occurs every time I speak to someone or email someone. I have reviewed other search engines to see where my profile is listed and it is not in the top rated mapping like Apex Media Solutions said it would be. Per the contract, they have not been able to meet their obligations and refuse to issue a refund. I only asked for only a partial refund since they have accomplished some minor work. The whole thing has been exhausting and a complete waste of time and money.

I made the mistake of picking up the phone. Pitched me for $200+ one time fee for voice recognition on alexa/siri/bixbi/google etc. THEN... when pitched me to sign up for a monthly SEO at only $400+ a month but then NO I get the discounted $200 a month plan. The sales guy hung up on me. I am disputing the charges with VISA. NEVER take a cold call pitching SEO NEVER! The tech companies prey on small business. The entire tech industry destroys small businesses. We need a CENTRAL small business directory maybe run by the government (?) not these greedy corporations squeezing money out of us little guys who want re-occuring fees just have a web presence. I am a massage therapist. I am NOT doing two massages (2 x $100 = $200) a month simply to be seen on the internet. This company felt to me like a professional extortion network.

Jeffrey team improved our digital ads, which were losing money earlier. The return on investment for advertising these days is sometimes three times what it was in the past. Transparent reporting and consistent updates are hallmarks of their work.

Complete Fraud Beware
Lots of empty promises. When asked for them to show me what they’ve done so far they ceased all communication. They’ve taken $1600 from me and have not Done one single thing.

This company provided me with the printed documents for an impending trade event. They designed eye-catching, consistent banners, business cards, and brochures. The design work and the delivery were of the highest quality and met all deadlines. In the future, I will undoubtedly use them for all of my design requirements.

I had no idea what search engine optimization was until Apex Media Solutions helped me. They checked my website from top to bottom and did it very well. Once I implemented their suggestions, my site began ranking in the search rankings. More people are seeing the ad, which means more organic traffic and, most importantly, more buyers.

Any good reviews you find about this company is created by this company. They hire people who naturally speak English to sell you their services. Who knows if those people are innocent or traitorous rats.
You won't get what you think you are paying for. In my case I thought they were going to take care of optimization of the top 5 business pages for my small business and get me setup with voice search with those.
Well they never did. It was a 2 hour conference call of some prick calling himself Brett trying to sell me something $400 a month and lying to me that my Google Business profile wasn't verified.
I looked up onboarding and they didn't even do that.
He showed me screens in real time from his end using Skype business video calling. I even could see i was already setup on Google and Bing months before when I did those things myself for free.
I contacted the company demanding a refund and got the run around to speak to their manager. They never called me for that appointment.
It didn't matter. I has already placed a fraudulent claim against them through my Chime account.
It's my mistake that when Chime initially warned me with a fraud alert I accidentally pressed OK.
No business in good standing will ever trigger you to receive a fraudulent activity alert when doing a transaction. That's not how it works.
Don't give this company any of your money. You will never truly benefit from them.
When I get a day off I'm going to retaliate with some good old fashioned karma.
Do yourselves a favor and ignore this company.
Update 11/21/25 after company finally responds.
Well it looks like someone with a spine finally responded to this 1 star review I wrote over 9 months ago.
That's what we in the biz call a temporary employee. Heck this day and age it could be AI.
I can assure you I want nothing to do from this business, I was able to get all my money back from Chime, it didn't affect my credit.
I'm still Google verified, although now that we are incorporated as an LLC we have changed our name slightly. We have an official business number, bank account, business credit card and we are fully integrated with Google and are truly one of top 3 for a 50 mile radius for value, satisfaction, and open 24 hours a day completely mobile where we come to you.
Oh and voice search like Google, Yahoo, Siri, Alexa etc those all happen automatically once you complete 💯 of setting up your Google profile.
With a bow, Brian.

I'm very frustrated! Postings that were generated and verified by me for posting on my Google Business account were never posted. It has been a month. On my call today, which was 15 min late (better than last time at 30 min late) many excuses were made as to why the promised posts were never posted. Then a sales pitch for more of said posts. Seriously???

Apex Media Solutions in Stuart Fl is a predatory “marketing firm” preying on small businesses. When you don’t recieve the services you pay for, you’ll be met with an even more expensive sales pitch and a refusal for refund. The supervisor said, quote, that I am “either uneducated or you don’t care” because I didn’t know they would charge me increasing amounts of money for “different levels of marketing” that were never mentioned, in order for the first payment to mean anything. They’re nearly impossible to get ahold of, but when you do get a response, expect to be belittled and literally yelled at by some little supervisor on a power high. He will laugh at you when you say that an additional and unexpected $1400 is not in your business budget. Do not give these people your time or money. Avoid at all costs.
