Wish I got one sooner
This company has produced a product that is so good you wish you had got one sooner. No more dull knives when cutting and knowing that there is no bacteria on the board is such a great feeling. They come in a few sizes so there is one to suit everyone.

Excellent customer support and good product
I discovered an excellent customer support from the company. In short: My parcel's delivery according the delivering company was successful but I couldn't find my parcel. I sent a message to APEX, they responded immediately and replaced the order. This happened so quick that even the replacement arrived in time.
One of the fastest responding I have ever had and even one of the most understanding and supportive one.
On a different note:
My dad likes the cutting boards. He enjoys cooking and his knives will remain sharp on the APEX boards. Well done.

Marketing information on the titanium boards inaccurate. They scratch and really blunt knives

Ordered board for over £290 for my restaurant. Tried using one of them and realised those are dangerous to use as the knife slips constantly.
They refused the return and the refund. They say 100 days returns. It is falsely advertised. Be carful. You will lose your money and potential a finger.

Misleading “100% Money-Back Guarantee” and No Good-Faith Cancellations
I ordered titanium cutting boards from Apex during a Black Friday sale and attempted to cancel within minutes of placing the order, before shipment. My cancellation request was denied.
I was later told the boards were “made to order,” yet cancellation was supposedly impossible almost immediately after purchase — those two statements directly contradict each other.
After the boards arrived (unused and in original condition), I again requested a return and was denied, despite Apex advertising a “100% money-back guarantee.” Only after pushing did I learn that the guarantee has broad exclusions for sale periods that effectively make most purchases final sale — something that is not clearly emphasized at checkout.
Customer support was polite but rigid and relied heavily on fine-print rather than good-faith resolution.
If you’re considering buying from Apex, understand this clearly:
Immediate cancellations are refused
Unused items cannot be returned
The “money-back guarantee” does not mean what most customers expect
I’ve escalated this through my credit card issuer, who agreed the situation warranted a dispute. I would not purchase from this company again.

3 cutting boards
Though it took a little longer than expected, the trio of cutting boards was worth it. Love the weight to the boards adds more stability than I expected. Super easy clean up too!

Excellent Titanium cutting boards.
Very pleased with my two Apex cutting boards and non slip mat. They were delivered quite quickly and in very secure packaging. I am looking forward to long life with the boards and not worrying about bacteria, odours and the horrible residue that came from my old plastic and wooden boards. I recommended them to my stepdaughter and she has ordered a set of three boards.

Inferior quality and bad customer service
Delay in receiving the 3 cutting Boards. 2 of 3 were scratched and warped. We reported the damages and asked for a return label and refund to no avail. We went through PayPal. Apex decided to replace the items even though we emphasised that we donot want the items. A few days later they ignored our request and coerced me by ignoring my plight. Wrote that the have sent the items. The items arrived within 5 days!!!. With my persistence through PayPal I received a return UK address. But they refused to pay the postage even though the item was damaged and not as described. We just received our refund.
The quality of the items were poor and the customer service was appalling!
Would not touch them with a barge pole

Terrible company and service. Fraudulent
Do not order from this company. They are scam artists and you will not end up with the product that they are advertising. We purchased a frying pan from them and used it once has burnt the frying pan beyond use. This is a frying pan that they have advertised as nonstick and titanium. Their customer service is poor and they will not offer a refund or resolution.

Used it only three times so far. Every time it gotten worse. Third time my eggs were totally stuck to the pan!!!! Kinda shocking and super disappointing! And yes I did follow all the instructions!!! And only used low to medium heat.

I should give zero stars because this company they do not honour what they say on their website. It says that they offer 100 day money back guarantee. I ordered in good faith from them but when the cutting boards arrive, they were absolutely not what I wanted. I hadn’t taken them out of any packaging or used them in anyway and they refuse to have them back saying that because I bought them on sale it was clearly stated on their website that there were no refunds This is untrue and you can look on their website as it is and it is not stated that refunds aren’t given if you buy sale items they still have a sale at the moment and all they say is that they have this hundred day refund.I have contacted my card provider and I will actually take this matter legal because this is the most appalling customer service that I think I have ever received. I bought in good faith items I actually hadn’t seen in the flesh and I wanted to return it exactly as it anrrived and they will not receive it back. Be very very careful for ordering from this company because even though they clearly stay on their website 100 day money back guarantee they then say that they won’t honour it. I have seen now from various other reviews that I am not the only person this has happened to.

Ordered product on Dec 04,2025- now it is Jan 08, 2026 and no where in sight/. They keep sending me requests to write reviews about their product- but it has never arrived- they used to show where it was on the tracking but after languishing in Indianapolis for 6+ days- they no longer tell you where it is- it it even was in Indianapolis- this is such a joke!!

Gifted a product and couldn’t return under the pretence of it being a family run business. That doesn’t mean you can’t return a product.
Not impressed with product and mat to match. Too thin and uncomfortable to manoeuvre.
