I ordered an item from Apex sneakers on the 13th April 2026. It’s now 16th April 2026 and I have not received a shipping notification or estimated date for delivery even though they advertise for your product to reach you within 6-12 days.
I emailed for an update and no reply.
I emailed for a full refund and no reply.
They’ve taken my money and vanished

Beware is this website. I ordered New Balance shoes advertised on sales from an Instagram ad and received them 6 weeks later - what I received was inauthentic shoes made of cheap plastic and material. The email provided for refund policy came back as a failed delivery status and the other email provided is actually a gmail account. The website looked legit with great marketing and visuals but probably made with AI because it’s a scam
