Customer service
Customer service. They shipped to me allegedly with 24 hour service. On 27th September. But the parcel still hasn’t arrived, the tracking hasn’t budged since that day. The only thing i get from their customer service people is “we’re raising the matter with royal mail, please be patient.”
After a week the parcel’s clearly lost. Won’t be ordering from ape again, if this is what “service” looks like.

I am addicted to the beef protein…
I am addicted to the beef protein powder in shot form with water! No joke! It like a roast dinner every day without all the prep work!
I have been a vegetarian for 7 years through choice due to animal cruelty & everything that comes with it within the global food chain! By this I mean nothing natural and absolute animal abuse.
I fell pregnant at 45 with my 4th child and iron levels were low. I felt weak, tired and defeated. I started taking prescription meds, then gave into my demons & started eating meat! The meds were not enough! I felt no relief just guilt for giving in. I had to continue on until the final trimester but knew there was no way I could eat meat the ancient way after the baby was born. That’s when I discovered Ape Nutrition! Oh my word! The protein powder alone gave me all the craving I needed! I wish I’d known whilst being pregnant this would have saved me! It’s not vegetarian I know but neither was I for most of my life! It’s given me the. Fix I need without the guilt of feeding of an ill treated animal pumped with hormones that no one needs!
I now also take the Beef Spleen , Optimised Female, Collegian Powder & the Celtic Oysters and I feel amazing everyday! I cannot recommend these products enough! Totally real, totally organic, cruelty free and so tasty! I’ll also add highly addictive!
APE…, be proud to be the best around!

This company is a scam. They don’t post real reviews on their website. I ordered the maple protein and it is the most vile, disgusting protein I have ever tasted. It takes like beef and smells like beef. I gag when I try to drink it. But on their website it’s raving reviews. I added my honest review and it hasn’t been posted. Avoid at all costs.

When it comes to our Raw Maple & Cacao Beef Protein taste, the response we get is overwhelmingly positive. Since it’s made with high-quality, minimally processed ingredients, there is quite a different flavour vs typical Whey Protein powders which are often synthetically sweetened and this gives them an unnatural taste. We understand that it may take a bit of time to adjust to ours, which are all real food ingredients and less sweet. Have you tried mixing with your favourite frozen fruit, a banana & honey? This is a really popular way that we get feedback on. There are also a few other recipes available directly on the product page. Plus, you can mix it in with baked goods too, this might be another helpful way to not only use the rest of the powder but also improve the taste profile as you adjust.
This product was actually developed by Josh & Izzi in their kitchen at home, so we are sorry that you didn’t enjoy it as we are genuinely extremely happy with the taste, along with many other customers although we understand it may not suit everyone. However, thank you for your feedback - it is acknowledged and appreciated.
We do our best to look after all of our customers regardless of their experience with us and we can see you were in touch with our customer support team and were offered a discount in an attempt to resolve the experience for you. Once a product is opened, we’re unfortunately not able to offer a refund which is what you had requested. However, something we are working on is offering a smaller protein option so that people are able to try the different flavours before making a bigger commitment.

Love the company ethos and the research they share. Bought the vanilla protein. It stinks…but it tastes so good. It’s the best tasting protein I’ve tried. It is quality. This is without doubt going to be my preferred protein from now on. I’m hoping to try some more products of theirs if I can afford it.

Contrary to the other review
Contrary to the other review, I had an extremely positive and personal experience with Simon following many issues with the couriers.
My order got significantly delayed due to the courier failing to make the delivery. I was very frustrated but Simon made sure it was resolved and quickly sent out a free order for the one that got lost by the courier.
Beyond that, I love what they offer, focussing on micronutrients from a quality grass fed, regeneratively raised source. And not wildly overpriced like many others.

I ordered protein from APE last week, the parcel was delivered within 2-3 days. I was very happy with how quickly they fulfilled and sent the order. Unfortunately the parcel was damaged and the protein powder exploded in the box. I contacted the customer service and it was resolved right away, I got the replacement within 24h. Thank you so much! Ape Nutrition has been a game changer for my health. Since using their colostrum and collagen products, I’ve noticed significant improvements in my body and overall well-being. I recently started trying their organ capsules, and I’m excited to see the results. Even after moving abroad, I was determined to keep using their products because they’ve had such a positive impact on my life. Although there were some shipping challenges initially, Ape Nutrition resolved them incredibly quickly, proving that they not only offer great products but also the best customer service. I’m committed to being a lifelong customer. While their products aren’t cheap and my budget is tight, I believe that investing in my health is worth every penny. Highly recommend!
