2nd time lucky…
My APCOA Connect app froze me out and after several attempts by me to unsuccessfully reset my password I got frozen out. So last Wednesday I rang APCOA and after a 30 minute wait got through to an operator. I shall withhold her name but she tried for ages trying to find my account but although she found where the last time I used the app, she couldn’t find the problem! She said to leave it a couple of days as I may get more reset chances. This didn’t happen so I rang back today 11/5/26 and after a slightly shorter wait got through to a different operator called Eve. She was VERY helpful and stayed with me until I’d reset things after she sent me an e mail. I set up facial recognition to hopefully stop this happening again. Thank you again Eve
