It's expensive and while picking up the car machine showed me 360 euro while i pre paid 180 euro... System was wrong but likely remote contact passed me w/o any excuse or explanation

No issues with entering the Parking garage, the license plate was detected automatically. Besides that our car had no dents/scratches etc. from being parked 7 nights in there.

Easy access with licence plate recognition
In the end it was a perfect experience getting in and out.
What I do want you to improve is the email explanation.
You have to scroll waaaay down in the email to read in very small letters how it works.
I would suggest you Start the email with a line or two that is bolded, about how barriers open automatically through license plate recognition.

Easy and good value parking right at…
Easy and good value parking right at the terminals.
Just getting from the parking to the terminal is tricky, not well signposted and required more walking than expected. Same for the way bavk to the parking.

It is probably imposible to scan bar…
It is probably imposible to scan bar code from Apple wallet preperly. I done it, hear beep but had to press green buton to get into P8. Thanksfully there is also possibility to call parking Service. I done it and nice Guy has opened me the gate. I had same problem with it last year in winter time at P6. I think the scann hole should be larger as it is at Gdańsk airport with I use very ofen without any problem each time.

Good parking at the airport
Access to parking was based on license plate recognition making it smooth experience. Parking zones are marked properly, and it is easy to navigate.

Everything perfect
All went perfect. System recognised our car without problem. When leaving parking we didn’t have to wait or even open the window. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!!!

Best choice for closeness to the terminal
We were able to find a pretty last minue slot in P8 and it was very helpful that we could park so close to the departure terminal.
Due to a road closure the way to the airport became a lot longer, and with this solution we could still grab our flight with no drama, not having to get any additional shuttle bus to the airport, as we usually do with other solutions.

Lack of information that license plate was correctly recognised i.e. additional display and that we are entering parking according to previous reservation not as adhoc user.

The numbers of free places shall not include special limited availability places like for disabled persons. The direction signs shall be bigger and better visible.
It was super fast and convenient. The parking was so close to the terminal. I need 10 minutes to leave the car and enter Terminal 1, however, the path is a bit complicated. The price was high and acceptable only for a few days.
