Extremely expensive, hard to navigate.

Hard to find places to leave the trolleys. The place is also huge and it's hard to know where the empty spots are exactly. The signs with numbers indicating how many spots are left are misleading.

Sie finden die Kofferwagen immer in der Nähe der Fahrstühle.

Manchmal werden diese aber leider von den Kunden überall im Parkhaus verteilt aufgestellt.

Wir haben ein Team, dass sich darum kümmert, dass die Gepäckwägen wieder an Ihren eigentlichen Ort zurückkehren.

Sollten keine vorhanden sein, können Sie über die Ruf Taste Hilfe anfordern.

Sie finden die Anzeige der freien Flächen in jedem Parkhaus vor der Zufahrt auf die jeweils nächste Etage. Wir sammeln momentan alle Verbesserungsvorschläge dazu und werden in naher Zukunft prüfen, ob eine Verbesserung der Anzeigemodalitäten realisierbar ist.

Weiterhin wünschen wir Ihnen alles Gute und hoffen, Sie bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.

Better signage in the carpark

better signage for customer care points and your premium car park is poorly placed.
when I called your customer care at the exit they were not friendly. please invest in customer care and training.

Especially when a customer was dissatisfied, it is all the more important for us to receive information. This is the only way we can improve our service.

We are extremely sorry to read that you were not treated in a service-orientated manner by our employee at the call button. It is our service standard to help customers quickly and, above all, in a friendly manner. The fact that you had a different experience here does not meet our standards, for which we apologise.

We will have a clarifying discussion with the employees. In this meeting, the employees will be sensitised once again with regard to customer friendliness, so that the approach will be correct and customer-oriented in future, both in terms of content and factuality. We are currently training new employees here, which is why there may sometimes still be discrepancies.

All that remains is for us to apologise for the circumstances. We are sure that we will be able to show you our service-oriented side again on your next visit to one of our car parks.

On 06.02.2025 I booked a parking space…

On 06.02.2025 I booked a parking space at Berlin Brandenburg Airport from 01.06.2025 to 14.06.2025. I paid for the parking online with a payment card (134 Euro). I entered the parking lot without any problems, but when leaving I was forced to pay 239 Euro. I am asking for a refund of the wrongly charged fee. Best regards, Marek Rojewski. Very difficult to find elevators on P1

Very difficult to find elevators on P1. No signs at all. It's the most expensive parking I've ever paid for, but there aren't any cheaper options nearby.

Please note that you have chosen our premium car park, which is correspondingly more expensive. We offer several car parks at more favourable conditions. The decision as to which car park you choose is up to you.

Our prices are also dynamic and can vary depending on the time of booking. Short-term bookings can therefore be more expensive than those made well in advance. We endeavour to set fair prices that take various factors into account.

Something to improve

Hello, I have got 1 day flight delay, and because of already problem, I have forgot to update 1 day more of my reservation. When already in the parking, to get new bill of 1 day was a bit "fare surprising", as old and loyal customer it was fair to extend proportional fare rate and not new 24h rate.
