Exceptional professionalism of Saurava

Saurava Panda was recommended to me by a friend in March 2025. He was very easy to reach, very professional and knowledgeable and friendly to work with. While filing my 2024 taxes, he suggested he can help file amendment for 2023 and get me a refund; which I wasn’t even expecting. This indicates his intent and exceptional integrity to go above and beyond for truly helping his clients/customers everyday. He also took time out to go over the filing with me pointing out areas where I had made a mistake in 2023 before I could approve. This is very helpful for people like me who don’t have much time to go through every detail. This shows his professionalism and deep expertise in working for his clients/customers. Thank you.

Experience was smooth

Experience was smooth. I got a lot of help from AOTax in completing my amendment. Sourava assisted me with the paper filing for state tax which was beneficial.

AOTax followed up on my filings…

AOTax followed up on my filings properly and made sure that I didn't miss anything. Mr. Sai Das was patient enough to support and respond to my queries when some glitches occurred in the process. Follow ups and patience makes the journey smoother in some cases even though it takes additional effort. This is something worth appreciating for sure.

I requested for previous tax documents…

I requested for previous tax documents and for a call back, Received the call on scheduled time and Customer service is excellent and Sai Das had been patient enough to navigate the portal to find the documents and helped to download the files.
I would definitely recommend the AOTAX services .
