Significantly raised prices of le creuset items in 2026

I’m very happy with this company great price and good communication ,
I had an error with my email address it was sorted quickly and delivery very prompt , thank you , I will use use company again for sure .

I bought a stock pot and set of 3 pans from Art of Living. I was a bit nervous because I hadn't heard of them before. I was very impressed with the speed of delivery and the pans arrived in amazing condition.

Jeanne was also lovely!

Awful customer service

When something went wrong with my appliance they insisted that I contact the manufacturer. My contract is with them and not the manufacturer. To me it seems like they are getting their customers to do the work that they should be doing. I am not impressed!

Absolutely great service. Especially Jeanne. I messed up putting the wrong shipping address on my order and she sorted it out instantly and gave me a few tips on using my new purchase. Personalised service that can't be faulted.

Bought the scrapers and am impressed with their usefulness! Great quality, loads of functionality and good delivery service.

Everything I have ordered from Andrew & the team at AOL has always arrived well-packaged but, more importantly, have been first class additions to our collection of kitchen utensils & equipment. I love the way Andrew sends a newsletter out each week often drawing attention to a good deal on items.

This is one of the great cookshops - actually it is one of the great small businesses. I’ve been coming here for years - I drive down to Cobham from London specially. Wherever I am in the world I love to visit cookshops but this is my favourite. It has a huge range for a small shop of carefully chosen products. They are often best in class but very competitively priced. I never leave it empty handed as the choice of items is so attractive. And the staff are lovely - so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have been to skills classes and demos with this company, and use the online service if I can’t visit in person. I simply cannot recommend Andrew, Jeanne and the team highly enough. (And thanks for the thought provoking blogs, Andrew.)

My Saturday treat is reading the weekly newsletter. Add to that excellent online service with well-packaged and prompt deliveries, and if you happen to be in the area the shops are wonderful.

I bought a set of Le Creuzet pans on Tuesday and it was delivered this morning, so 5 days later.
Also this set was the cheapest available on the market.

I love browsing their wonderful shop in Cobham. The staff leave you to it but are always helpful and friendly when needed. They price match so are always competitive. They have a fantastic range of cookware and homeware. Great shop for Xmas presents. Look forward to Andrew’s informative emails every Saturday. Highly recommend this company.

The team where hugely helpful when I was trying to get a knife replaced by the manufacturer. Whilst I have been an Art of Living customer for a few years, this knife was bought before we lived in the area and if I couldn't get a replacement I would be buying one form Art of Living. So in giving me such outstanding service they were depriving themselves of a sale which is totally in keeping with the ethos of the business as described in the unique (possibly slightly wacky!) regular emails from Andrew, one of the founders. Thank you to Emma and Jeanne for your excellent customer service.

I ordered a sage coffee machine, Art of Living were the cheapest on the internet by far. The item was shown as in stock. I then received a call apologising but it wasn’t in stock. In reality they could have just refunded me with a short email.
I opted to wait for new stock, 1 week later it arrived.
The sage Bambino is a great machine, and at the price I paid it’s even better!

This is an amazing shop with really knowledgable staff who are really interested in what you actually need.They went the extra mile for me to find what I needed even though they didn’t actually stock it. I’m surprised by some of these reviews which have brought the overall rating down. They clearly aren’t reviewing the right business as one refers to the “ expensive courses,” and one as “ an art shop”. Business owners should be able to have reviews removed which obviously don’t relate to their company.

I’ve done a couple of orders over the last few weeks and both arrived very quickly, excellently packaged and all my products are in perfect condition! So happy to start filling my kitchen with all my new bits and bobs 😍
