Just 100% real deal. Excellent service before, during and after order.
A person would be doing their self a problem by not checking this place out.
I had a complicated order of many different blueprints and a team of atleast 6 people came together and I had everything in under 5 minutes from registration to receiving.
I did notice that 1 blueprint was technically a level off from what was ordered so I used live chat and Sherry (the standard for customer service) stated online for the 2 minutes it took for that tk be hand delivered and escorted back. I asked if I could pay for the extra blueprints and all she wanted was a thumbs up!
One more thing - this is not what I look for as the major point in a company that deals with digital merchandise but they had the best price and I was able to shop what I wanted like I was in a market like Costco, walmart or some big chain box store but I got prices if buying in bulk without buying in bulk.
Just 10 stars.
