The main reason for the extended wait time is that Diablo 2 Resurrected has an extremely large number of servers. Due to limited delivery staff, we have to process deliveries server by server in sequence. Unfortunately, this means that orders on certain servers may take longer depending on where they fall in the queue. In your case, the wait time was around 2 hours — and we agree that this is not acceptable.
We are actively working to improve our delivery efficiency across all servers, and your feedback helps us prioritize where we need to do better.

Card suspension
I bought 2 items at two different times for my Diablo 4 character.
During my first purchase a couple of days ago, I got the item after an hour or so. It was great. I got what I payed for.
Yesterday I tried to purchase another item but my cards got suspended (I tried it with 2 different cards).
Today I had to call my bank(Erste) and ask them to unblock the suspension. They told me the site was in their no-no list because it has a high level of suspicion of fraud.
You might want to change your name that is not as random as this (what is aoeah even mean seriously...), or do something about not being suspicious.
