★☆☆☆☆ I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel a duty to warn others.

Our experience was nothing short of a disaster from start to finish. The chaos began the day before our move when we received an alert suggesting they were on their way — a full day early. A worrying sign of things to come.

On moving day itself, they then informed us they would be arriving 4 hours later than originally agreed. On moving day. When every minute counts and a chain of people, plans and logistics depend on you.

When they finally turned up, it was immediately clear something was very wrong. The van was tiny — wholly inadequate for a house move — and it was apparent the team had little to no experience of what they'd taken on. We watched with growing dread as it became obvious they couldn't manage the job.

Then, without a word of warning, explanation or apology, they simply drove off. They left us completely stranded on the most stressful day of our lives, with no communication whatsoever. The silence was breathtaking.

What followed made it even worse. Customer service refused to call us, leaving us to chase frantically for a resolution that took hours to reach — hours we simply didn't have on moving day.

We were utterly let down at every single stage. Avoid at all costs.

I recently needed to use Anyvan to deliver and collect my vehicle from a garage. Both drivers Keith and Esmaeel were outstanding, very polite, courteous, and very professional. They were also extremely careful with my car.

Both enjoyed working for the company and I feel They really are good assets to AnyVan. The care and diligence was exceptional.

To begin with the quoted pricing is comparison to the other vendors is phenomenal. But the catch is that the AnyVan executives would relentlessly try to find mistakes during the shifting such as weight of the boxes, size, the distance from the elevator, the parking location and more. They charge you hundreds of pounds extra during the moving citing new reasons.
This has unfortunately been a bitter sweet experience..

I was able to track my collection and delivery throughout the day right up to delivery. The driver was excellent, he was polite, helpful and considerate, 100% to him.

I needed some last minute help with moving some furniture. I was able to book AnyVan at late notice - a lower price than TaskRabbit - and they did a great job.

Excellent service with fast communication throughout through WhatsApp. The driver was excellent and not having to coordinate picking up a van myself was so easy. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

A very easy way to move home with a great team I was informed all the way through the process and had nothing to worry about, I would definitely use this company again and refer my friends and family.

Reasonably priced, good communication and a competent, friendly remover

It was beautiful and smooth moving.

Arranged to have my car collected and delivered, paid for the service, email confirmed my booking with a 8am to 6pm collection time but also stated at 1pm the day before collection I will get an email with my timeslot and driver tracking, it never came, I contacted them on WhatsApp as they suggest to be told the route has not been sorted and I will know at 8am day of collection, that never came either after another WhatsApp chat I was told they hadn’t allocated a driver yet and I will be told as soon as they do, by midday no contact so I rang them to be told they still don’t have a driver and it might not be today, even though they offered this day to me on their website and took my money. I lost a days wages as I’m self employed, the embarrassment of contacting the company the car was being delivered to and explaining why they wouldn’t be receiving it as arranged and any financial implications that might incite and all anyvan said was “we are not liable for any costs incurred if we don’t for fill the contract” that I have paid for in advance. They’ve just messaged me no at 10 minutes to 5 pm to tell me they can’t do it today but maybe in 7 days time, won’t use them again and don’t recommend them.

Good comms, all went well but driver should have been informed of faulty wheel before pickup.

Really impressed with the service. Really communicative and attentive! They not only delivered my couch but also put the legs on it when they found out I didn’t have a drill! So appreciated- will be using again!

Easy to use platform. Clear communication and useful to track driver on map tool. The driver was very helpful and professional.
