Any gas gave us a 2 hour window for our service. The engineer rang to say he was on the way. He explained what was required in a professional manner. Once complete he said what he had found and left the appropriate documentation

We have used this company for a few years now. They are dependable, polite and good value for money.

Had a young engineer out for a boiler service today and he did a great job. He was polite, professional, and took the time to properly clean the filters and check everything thoroughly. Explained what he was doing and left everything tidy afterwards. Really impressed with the attention to detail and work ethic — highly recommended

Absolutely appalling work practice and even worse customer service!!
A simple gas boiler service from these cowboys resulted in boiler damage and no central heating!
The engineer used pliers to try and unscrew the magnetic valve which damaged the nut and now it can't be turned back on. Specialist equipment should've been used for this job, which just goes to show how unprofessional Anygas engineers are.
I phoned Anygas to file a complaint and to see if I could get the boiler fixed, but both the director and customer service advisor were extremely rude and told me that it wasn't their problem and to stop harassing them after two phone calls!!! They are basically leaving me to deal with a problem that they caused.
I am well within my right to file complaints and to try and fix the problem through the company itself.
Nothing has been resolved through Anygas, so I am now filing a complaint to the gas ombudsman.

Customer service from all departments including the company director is disgusting and unbelievable, you need to work on how you deal with customers and realise your customers are important and that they should be treated fairly and with respect.

All complaints should be investigated properly and a resolution made not just heres an invoice you need to pay it.
You should not be yelling to customers and telling them after just 1 phone call to stop harassing them.

This is a company that cares little for its customers.
A lot of self reflection and training is needed.

I had any gas service come out and repair a boiler which I was told by multiple reputable local companies that I needed it replaced, one of the engineers came out and diagnosed it to be a temperature sensor and he ordered collected and repaired the job in under a hour. They have saved me thousands on a new boiler which didn’t actually need replacing. Thank you any gas you have a new customer for life

This review does not even deserve a one star rating. Total shocking customer service from, what should of been a regular boiler service has turned out to be a nightmare. The engineer attending has now left me without any heating.

The engineer was able to unlock the magnetic filter but couldn't lock it up because i have been told the bolt has ceased it.
Firstly if your able to unlock the valve then this can be locked, why was a basic plier used to lock the valve again? Buy using the incorrect tool the engineer has damaged the valve. I was advised that the heating should not be used until i physical pay for the part and labour.
Having turned the heating on i have noticed the boiler doesn't even come on.
My boiler has been serviced regularly, i had a perfectly working boiler before this service now i have no central heating because the engineer has damaged the valve.

I had a director call me this morning, who was extremely rude and didn't even want to try and sort the problem out.
I will not be paying for a new filter or the labour.

If this problem cannot be sorted then this will be escalated to the ombudsman.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Appointment booked easily and engineer attended on time. Really happy and will definitely continue using going forwards.

This is my fourth consecutive year using AnyGas Service, and I’m very happy with how professional they are. Their Direct Debit service is an added bonus!

Engineer is awesome, he has been servicing my boiler for years and I wouldn’t have anyone else.

I just want to share how happy l am with your service. I'm a first time customer and was initially attracted by your competitive pricing. I was really pleased by the polished online services and ease of booking. I recently had a boiler service completed and the engineer, Hassan, was brilliant. He was professional, thorough and conscientious. He was personable throughout, guiding me through every stage of the work that he was completing and giving me good advice on maintenance and what to expect with future services.
Given this experience, l have no intention of going elsewhere for future gas work.

The service was fantastic, kept updated on the arrival times and the gentleman we had come was polite professional and a true credit to the service thank you
