Anydesk.com just ripped me off. I paid $39 to put Office 21 on my computer. Unfortunately, I was not able to download their Office 21 onto my hard drive. I asked for technical help and got none. As a result, I requested to get my money back. They never did send me my refund. This is a rip-off place with no technical help at all. In other places they also go by the names Igniterevol, Procare2472 & mewebcare274. Do not use any of these companies!!!!

I'm typically one to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, especially in the digital realm where so many variables are at play. However, my experience with AnyDesk Software GmbH's IT service has been nothing short of abysmal.
To begin with, the payment process was smooth and quick – perhaps the only part of this whole ordeal that didn't give me a headache. Expecting the same efficiency post-payment, I was sorely mistaken. After my funds were transferred, it was like I'd entered a scam service. There was a complete lack of communication from their end, and I received no acknowledgment of my payment, let alone the services I had paid for.
Repeated attempts to contact their customer service went unanswered. It's one thing to face delays in service delivery; it's an entirely different ball game when you feel like you're shouting into the void with no response. For a company specializing in IT, their communication technology seems severely lacking.
My trust was further eroded when I tried to reach out to their support teams across multiple platforms – emails, calls, even their social media channels. The silence was deafening.
In digital age, where customer trust is important and transparency is expected, Anydask has failed to provide what they were expected to provide. I paid for a service I never received, and their non-existent post-payment support only added insult to injury.
In conclusion, I'd advise potential customers to think twice, or even thrice, before engaging with anydesk the scammers.

I have used Anydesk in the past and had no reason to speak to their support desk, however in the last week I came to use it and found my licence had expired and purchased a new one for £150. I still haven’t got the licence, I can’t use the software and repeated requests for support go unanswered. I have had to go elsewhere and pay for another product in order to support my customers and want my money back. I would strongly suggest anyone considering this company goes elsewhere.

No ringtone for incoming sessions, no notifications for missed session requests—what is the purpose of logging in on the web interface when there is no option in the desktop application to login with these credentials? Change your app planning staff immediately. Also, add a message alert before initiating a connection request, something like "Please ask for the remote machine user to be available before sending a connection request," with two buttons, i.e., "I agree" and "I am a boss, send request anyway," because our bosses are psycho-patients and they want us to work 24/7 and accept connection requests every time they try to connect.

Absolutely useless program. A few years ago my 65 year old father would just turn on the program and give me the number from the app to connect with him , now the program asks for login or registration which is not possible to do that for my father. I do not recommend for the elderly...

Terrible billing practices, subpar remote software, and horrible support. I see they just updated their cancellation policy to be thirty days instead of the original ninety days. They must have had enough complaints or got into hot water provoking the change.
Be aware that they do not notify you prior to the cancellation date about the need to cancel thirty days prior though. All I can say is I would avoid.
There are much better remote solutions on the market (cheaper too) than have to deal with their billing practices, subpar remote software, and horrible support. I've went elsewhere and latency is never an issue, and disconnects practically never happen.

if your a company wanting support - these guys will never email you back
please stay away from
non existant support like others have said.

Product works well most of the time. However support is simply non existent. Tried to contact today, no agent available and could not even log a support ticket, because get a message saying 429 : Too Many Requests!
Was given a canned response and not relevant respons, 'dns or ssl issue', after 3 days.
Simply immature and not worth paying 12 euro a month for a license.
Even, their website and account settings, is functioning as it should, you cancel subscription auto renewal, leave the form and then go back to the same form to see that auto renewal is still active!

Their free service is a fantastic solution. There are some timelimits for disconnection (maybe every 1 or 2 hours), but you only need to reconnect. Also you can set it up to connect unattended, e.g. if you wish to not click accept on remote computer. You can add favorites.
The paid services seem to be priced for businesses. I believe they should offer a home user service, for around £2 a month. I think people would pay this for only a small set of additional features, no trial banner, no time limits, or extended to 4 hours. This cheap pricing model would be affordable to home users, give slight improvements to features, and allow us to support this great company in what they provide.
But keeping the free features the same will keep Anydesk as the #1 standard for remote desktop solutions.

For some reason i all time see error anynet 19. I cant see info how fix it , support cant help me....

this is an aid for scammers to steal your info- do not use this
. they get you to download it and then steal your info
It's easy to remote support people and that's why it's being used by a lot of scammers to commit fraudulent activities. I'm running a MSP company and my customers sometimes associated this with fraud. I can't have that.
To make matters worse, I just found out that I can't cancel my subscription although I still have 2,5 months remaining in my contract. Apparently, you need to notify them in writing that you would like to cancel 3 months before you are due for renewal
Anydesk have changed their system so you can only have one session at a time... which is super annoying if you have left a session open on another computer as then you cannot use the software!
Complained and was told "this is the way it is, would you like to buy an upgrade!". So after moving from Zoho Assist as I thought this was better I am now moving back.
This software was also shown recently on UK TV where people were asked to install it then scammed; they are really not managing their product very well.
Shame as it had so much promise for our small business but with the lack of ability to use it if you have a session already open and the bad press I fear they may be on a losing battle with this product.
Software is great but customer service awful :(
