Delivery lies and Witholding refund
Ordered and paid for a 3d printer 28 Jan with delivery date showing 15th Feb. Invoice emailed showed Preorder which was not stated on the AU site. Delivery became 10th April, then 23 May and now 20th July. Cancelled the order and received an email stating it will take 30 days to process my refund. Dreadful service, money grabbing and now Im out of pocket by $1300 AUD.

Order of pla 9 april, been almost 2 weeks now. Not even shippied.
Bad support, low printer quality
1) Support barely exists. Every time I needed to check the order status (because they forgot about shipping), it was a tragedy.
2) The devices are hyped, but in reallity they are very cheap. The Proton M7 pro is flawed from the factory, the printing sheet teared up nearly immediately and the spare part (payed) broke nearly as quick.
3) What is the point of rebranding an open source slicer, and make it worse? Just stick to the original one please

Waiting for multiple orders placed over…
Waiting for multiple orders placed over a month ago. Promises of 3-8 working days , but nothing received. Emailing support gets you copy paste mails with delivery schedules unrelated to your order, but if you email again, those dates change. You can respond to those emails for additional inquiries, but then they just ignore them. I shudder to think what happens if I finally receive my orders and there is an issue. What if I have a printer from them and it stops working? Probably get ignored, like I am being ignored now.

Very good customer service
I have been using my Kobra S1 for a year ( a little over 3000 hours). This is my first 3d printer. I have had a few hardware problems and every one of them was resolved to my satisfaction. Sometimes waiting for delivery from China was a little frustrating but each part arrived and I was printing again. The prints today are visibly better than my first prints. I would definitely recommend the Anycubic S1.
Anycubic – a reliable company, professional service, and well-refined 3D printers
My opinion about Anycubic and their 3D printers is very positive. Over time, I’ve used several models — Anycubic Kobra 3, Anycubic Kobra 3 Max, and Anycubic S1 — and you can clearly see the improvement in quality and technology with each new generation.
The latest Anycubic Kobra X impressed me the most. It is very quiet, fast, and delivers excellent print quality, which in my opinion is even better than the previous models. Prints are precise, stable, and reliable.
Even though there are mixed opinions online, both positive and negative, I personally have nothing bad to say about the company or their products. Everything works as it should.
Customer support also deserves special mention — despite time zone differences, responses are quick and helpful, and replacement parts are sent promptly without unnecessary complications. The service team is friendly and professional.
Overall, Anycubic is a reliable brand, and their printers — especially the Anycubic Kobra X — offer great quality and dependability.

The absolute best Customer Service and support from any company I have ever worked with. They have me as an absolutely loyal customer.

Each day the techs would reply with ways to try to fix the problem. They ended up with a new firmware update that solved my problems in under 2 weeks. Since this was a new product I thought that was very quick.
Product and support failure
After all the good reviews I left, the machine started not acting right, support just started throwing parts at it for me to swap. The list of parts include:
• 2 extruders
• 1 complete hotend
• 1 nozzle
• 2 printhead PCB’s
• 1 gantry chain and cable
• 1 Ace buffer mechanism
• 1 magnetic pickup PCB (ace)
• Still needs slot ¾ drying fan which is making noise (no response from support)
An email chain a mile long with slow replies. Yes, I know China is behind, but not 48-36hr or beyond behind. Countless errors and wasted filament, scrapped prints. The support started out pretty decent, but quickly went sour. I’ve requested to speak with someone higher up within Anycubic and support told me “The seller will be in contact via email”. Uh..Excuse me? You are the seller, I purchased directly from the website. What do you mean “the seller”, you are the seller. After repeatedly stating “We/I understand your frustration”…No, you do not understand my frustrations, not in the slightest. I don’t expect the KS1 to perform like a $2-3-4k machine, but it’s not acting like a $600 machine, that’s for sure.

I have needed support for several reasons and when I explained what the situation was had timely feedback and help regarding the issues. The equipment support has been by far the best. The consumables (Filament) support has been not as good but they are getting better.
Products are pretty good
Products are pretty good, had a few issues with early photons, but happy overall. However, customer experience is none existent, and they don't care about things lost in post.
Having spent almost £400 on a printer, I expect it to arrive, or to get a refund. I would never buy direct from them again, and only ever buy from a retailer.

Overall, I’m very happy with Anycubic.
For me, the biggest strength is the price-performance ratio. You get a lot for your money, and that makes the products very attractive. The printers, accessories, and replacement parts are fairly priced, and I would definitely buy from Anycubic again.
I also want to give credit to the support team. My case involved several technical questions, and the support was always friendly, responsive, and willing to help. They checked my videos, answered my questions, and provided replacement parts when necessary. I really appreciated that they kept working with me until things improved.
That combination of good value and supportive customer service leaves a very positive impression. Thank you to the Anycubic team.
Cancel order is impossible
I did an order of Anycubic Kobra S1 combo at 2026-03-30 03:21:09 and the shipping date was so long that I found the same product in a local shop with a close date of deliver, so, I cancel the order at 4/2/2026, 1:44:09 PM, 3 days after...
UNTIL TODAY 13/04 they did not cancel my order... super worry...
My ACE PRO was defective
My ACE PRO was defective. The stepper motor shaft sheared off due to a material defect. I received a replacement part even though the warranty had expired.
