My experience with Anycubic has been great. The printers have worked great and if I had any issues, I've been able to submit a ticket to get help. The Anycubic Kobra X is still pretty new and when it failed on me, I immediately knew that I wanted to go thru everything before I tried to contact tech support with good info so I didn't end up throwing parts in hope for a solution. The solutions on the web didn't work for me but Anycubic sent me the parts and I'm good to go again. I have not had a problem with their effort to make things right. Anyone who plans to use a 3d printer will eventually have issues no matter who the manufacturer is. Things go wrong but it's good to be able to reach out to someone who actually helps. If I had to give anything negative about this particular experience, it would be that I wasn't sure when the replacement parts were going to arrive. I purchased a new Anycubic X so I could get up and running while I waited for the part... But surprisingly I got the part quickly. I ordered a new printer not as a temporary solution but because I have had very good experience with Anycubic so far and plan to stick with what works. The printer output quality of the Kobra X is the best I've had so far and I'm upgrading my older models to X. I just bought another yesterday and it's on its way. I feel confident that if I have any issues, I'll be back up and running quickly. The tech I worked with was very friendly and I had no issues with communications except for the time difference which is to be expected. To all the people who had issues with Anycubic support, try again... Printers aren't that complicated and eventually they all require some sort of maintenance to keep them running. Have patience and keep trying... It will get fixed unless they stop making replacement parts. Good luck everyone and I hope this was helpful. My experience was great! This is my second Anycubic printer (originally Kobra Neo, now Kobra X), and the value keeps improving with each new generation of product. Moreover, it is supported with top-tier, very responsive service and excellent follow-up. Almost every issue report triggers the shipment of spare parts "just to be on the safe side".

I have been quite happy with both of my Kobra s1 machines. Customer service has been very quick to respond and correct any problems that arrive. the video and directions they send make it quite easy to make my repairs. I give them my highest recomendation!
Anycubic's support is a joke
Anycubic's support is a joke. I opened a ticket and have been waiting for a response for several days, but no one seems to care. The printer arrived defective; an error pops up during calibration. I opened a ticket, received some instructions that don't work, and the conversation just cut off. I exchange messages with support once a day—one message. Guys, think twice before buying their product.
Lovely company
I have purchased Kobra S1 Combo printer and it was a love by first sight. Everything is well documented on wiki, easy to maintain and the support is very lovely. Some days ago I broke the extruder myself and Anycubic sent me a free replacement. I can strongly recommend this company!

printhead cover problem
I had problems with my entire printhead cover. Anycubic was able to help me very quickly. It was outside the warranty period, but the price for the replacement parts was fair. Support responded very quickly to my inquiry and provided excellent assistance with ordering and further information.
I would gladly use them again.

store page still lets you buy ace pro 2 upgrade that is aout of stock, still no word on their site that it is out of stock while they still sell it to you pretending it would be available. after order they tell you on aksing it would be out of stock while the same item is available on aliexpress.
do not trust their shady behaviour, gonna open dispute on payment account and report their behaviour to authorities
Anycubic Kobra X – Great Quality, Fast Support, and Real Progress
I have been using the Anycubic Kobra X 3D printer and I am very satisfied with its performance. The assembly is quick, the operation is intuitive, and the automatic bed leveling allows you to start printing almost immediately. The print quality is very good – models come out clean, accurate, and consistent, and the printer handles higher speeds without issues. A big advantage is also the multi-color printing capability, which adds a lot of creative possibilities.
This is another Anycubic printer I own – I previously used the Kobra S1, Kobra 3, and Kobra 3 Max – and with each generation, the print quality keeps improving.
I also have a very positive opinion about Anycubic’s customer service. Despite the time difference, responses are fast, clear, and helpful – the support team is efficient and you can count on quick assistance.
Of course, everyone has their own opinion and experiences, but in my case everything works very well and I can confidently recommend this printer.

4 of 5 star, because support of Anycubic helped me to solve the problem, but the problem with 'breaking' heat sink in ACE pro is (obviously) known and should be also fixed in old ACE pro version. I wish to run ACE pro now at least for one year without failures/interruption.

Over the past 4 years I’ve purchased 5 machines off the Anycubic crew, the customer service, delivery time and quality of the goods have been excellent over this time. Value for money I couldn’t have asked for a better experience through the sales period and after sales.
The worst store and service
Ordered 3 filament rolls listed as in stock. 10+ days later — nothing shipped, zero proactive communication. When I finally checked, items were marked out of stock. I requested cancellation and a refund: ignored. Avoid at all costs
