After 15 days still no package
Got the tracking number after 7 days, but could only see that Parcel label number was created. After 14 days I called Any Lamp with the question when I could expect my package. They couldn't find my package and said they would call me back.
Meanwhile I got an email from Any Lamp that I requested to return a product. Because I didn't requested to return my package and they didn't call me back I called them again. They said the employee that was working on it wasn't there and he would call me back if he was back.
If I'm checking my tracking number now I see that my package is in transit. They handed my package over to DPD yesterday evening and my package is now in Hinckley.
I'm pretty sure that Any Lamp forgot to hand my package over to DPD, but I still waiting for Any Lamp to call me back to tell me what happened. An apology would be nice and I hope that I don't have to wait for it as long as I am waiting for my package.
EDIT: so after 3 weeks I finally recieved my order. Any-Lamp hasn’t contacted me and if I have to believe my track and trace number than my package is still at the DPD depot in the UK. The products are good so if you don’t care about customer service and a 3 week delivery time is acceptable for you, than Any-Lamp is the store for you.

Rip off returns - They just don't want anything back.
If you order the incorrect item you will have to return them to The Netherlands. I am not sure that is even legal. I actually phoned customer service as soon as I realised I had ordered the wrong length tube within 5 minutes of placing the order. I was told it was too late to amend the order. Sorry but worst customer service ever.
I would suggest any returns are returned as 'damaged in transit' or you will have to foot the bill to ship overseas to The Netherlands.
