FAKE! SCAM!
Firstly, it took them forever to send my item. They sent from China but claimed it will be sent from UK. When my item arrived, it was FAKE!!! The color was off and it smelt AWFUL!! Don’t buy from them!!!!

Scammers!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They take your money and not ship the item no matter how many times you ask and ignore you and send you stupid responses, if you can even call them responses, stupid fake names like Emma Thompson, send fake tracking links, and it ships from china, LIARSSSSS. I’ve disputed it with my bank.

Worst experience of my life. 3 Weeks later and still have not received my order while customer service refuses to give me a refund and keeps gas-lighting me with absolute nonsense about it being on the way and how they can't give me a timeline. Never dealt with such incompetence. Definitely a scam, do not buy!!! Total waste of money!

Fake product Ship from china
I wish I read review here before I ordered it.
Fake products, Ship from china.
They said ship from London. So I asked when I received dispatch email which showed China,
they replied this.
“ Rest assured, our product is manufactured in Korea and dispatched from the UK as indicated on our Instagram. The mention of China in the tracking is likely due to transit points and logistical considerations. Our priority remains to provide genuine products and quality service.”
Why product need to transit in China *lol
And All of the customer service people name is celebrity’s name.
