AntOnline Customer Service is a Useless Stonewall

AntOnline Customer Service is frustratingly useless. FedEx marked my Switch 2 as delivered to ... themselves, saying "Delivered to recipient at FedEx World Service Center." They also show some random person signed for it with a first initial and common last name. I filed a delivery dispute with FedEx. Their response was they could not locate/retrieve my package and to contact the shipper (AntOnline) for resolution. AntOnline won't let me talk to a live person and responds curtly to e-mail simply saying their investigation shows the package was correctly delivered. I filed a fraudulent charge complaint with my credit card company and now they are also saying I'm responsible for the charges...because "delivered" ... even though FedEx doesn't say it was delivered to me. What now? This was over $700 for the Switch 2 and Game Bundle that disappeared into the FedEx system. AntOnline customer service is a stone wall. And FedEx won't let me talk to them anymore because they already admitted to me that they can't find it, so that was their resolution. As soon as I enter my required tracking number, the FedEx automated system tells me the dispute is resolved and hangs up. Yet, they still show the package "delivered" as stated above.

Great Overall Experience

This was my first time purchasing from Antonline.com and everything about the process was great. From product availability to frequent communications to timely delivery. I would definitely purchase from them again in the future!

Absolutely Unacceptable - Still Waiting for My Digital Code and Customer Service is a Joke

I am beyond frustrated with my recent experience purchasing a Nintendo Switch 2 bundle from Antonline. The bundle was supposed to include a digital download code for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, a key reason I opted for this particular package. It has now been five full days since my purchase, and the digital code is nowhere to be found.

Thinking this would be a simple fix, I reached out to Antonline's customer service. To say they were unhelpful would be a gross understatement. It's as if their primary goal is to deflect and delay. After navigating their system to finally get in touch with someone, I was bluntly told, "Nope, can't help you."

The only "solution" offered was to wait an additional 2-3 days for any kind of response from a different department. Are you kidding me? It's a digital code. This should be an automated process, or at the very least, something a customer service representative can look up and provide. Instead, I'm stuck in limbo with no game and no real assistance.

This level of service is absolutely ridiculous. I made the mistake of ordering from Antonline once, and I can assure you, it will be the last time. If you're considering buying anything from them, especially a bundle with digital components, I'd strongly advise you to look elsewhere. You'll save yourself a massive headache.

BUYER BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMING WEBSITE!!!

***Please do not let this company SCAM you like they did us!!! Run from this company! PLEASE dont waste your money with them!!! They sold us a stolen Playstation 5 console unit and would not honor it and are unwilling to make it right. We bought a brand new unit for our sons birthday last year and we are not gamers, so we do not know how these systems work, and thought maybe our son did not know how to use his system. Until he had a friend explain something was wrong and he was not able to get online and play his games and ssytem to the full capacity and some games he can not play at all. Come to find out it was a stolen unit so Playstation locked it to where it can not be used online. I have tried numerous times to get this company to own up to this and swap this with another unit but they are avoiding us and unwilling to make this right. This is illegal and a company like this should be shut down! Buyers beware of this SCAMMING Website!!!

Antonline Keeps Refunds – Avoid Them

I purchased a Microsoft 365 subscription from Antonline over a year ago, and I didn’t realize auto-renewal was enabled. Recently, I was charged $74.36 for the renewal.

As soon as I noticed the charge, I canceled the subscription through Microsoft, and they processed a refund. However, instead of returning the money to me, Microsoft refunded it to Antonline (the original seller), and Antonline refuses to issue the refund to my payment method.

This is completely unfair and unacceptable. Microsoft did their part, but Antonline is keeping my money. If you ever need a refund, don’t expect Antonline to be honest about it. Think twice before buying from them!

Deceptive, lying tactics. Untrustworthy company.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I actually used to work for this horrible place and I can say that they did in fact teach their employees to deny RFPs and had canned responses as to why something could not be returned or refunded. Furthermore, they were constantly trying to cheat their employees; I was with them for less than TWO WEEKS, still in training phases and had been told I was doing great and only had positive feedback when the owner's wife, who is also the CFO, called me into her office and told me she was going to have to reduce my salary because I wasn't doing well enough. Again, I was told during training I was doing great and had no negative feedback, had only been there a little over a week, and then called into a bait and switch. They were simply trying to bully me into a lower salary so they could save money, which is ILLEGAL by the way. Had I known then what I do now as an HR and TA professional, I would have reported them and taken legal action. The "CFO" knew she was in the wrong because I quit the next day and then she called me to ask why, and was worried that I would report them. I was also told they were under investigation by the FBI at one point - I cannot verify if that is true but was told by another employee. They have other suits against them (Wagman V. Atlanta Network Technologies, . I don't know how this place is in business still. WATCH OUT. This place is deceptive.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. My delivery was delivered at the wrong location and stolen. I was told to contact police and file with my insurance company over a $70 item. Police have been notified, but likely will never be resolved. Needless to say, thankfully I bought through Walmart, and they're refunding me for the stolen merchandise. Don't make purchases if this company is involved. Not worth the headache if something goes wrong.

Scam. Never received product.

This company scammed me. I ordered 15 months of Microsoft 365 and they never emailed me. I've never had a situation where I ordered from a company and never received even an email. I checked all my folders. Nothing. So I called and put in a support ticket. Nothing. I called some more and they emailed me an activation code for Norton Security Suite, which I never ordered. That was the only email I ever received from this company. I called several times and they said my digital order had been sent out several times and that they could not cancel my order. I had to put in a dispute with my credit card company. Very upset, but a learning experience. It was $75, but it could have been much more. I'm going to think twice about purchasing from unfamiliar companies in the future.

Scalping via 'shipping costs,' no recourse for damaged item

I received my 9800X3D, which I paid a $16 shipping surcharge for, in a thin bubble mailer via ground shipping. I’m left wondering - what did the $16 even cover? The CPU retail box arrived predictably damaged, and when I contacted support to suggest a partial refund on shipping due to the stingy and inadequate packaging, I was met with a generic RMA response:

"To apply for return for item refund within the 15 or 30 day return period (depending upon product purchased) is easy and fully automated using the web address below(…)Items must be returned complete - exactly as originally shipped with all manufacturer's items, packing slip, accessories, manuals, and packaging intact. Items not returned in original condition will be refused."

I have no interest in going through an RMA process as this CPU is perpetually sold out. I reiterated my request for a shipping refund in my follow-up, but I have yet, and don't expect, to receive a response. I get that e-commerce, especially in this industry, is just a series of faceless transactions, but the lack of personalized support and accountability here is disappointing.

Poor Company

Customer Service is poor and rude. Instead of resolving the problem I am told just to return the item. They do not care who they are at fault. They do not care about the customer experience. Return customer. Above all false advertising of product. Do not want to hold their end of the deal. I ask for a manager. He stated he doesn't have one. Just return the product.
