The code they had sent by email was not active, it did not work at all. Sent a few emails but no reply so far. Looks to me they are a scam. Do not buy from them.

Difficult ordering process. Can't get my order.
They emailed me saying that I have to verify that I was the one who made the purchase, assuming it was due to using a VPN. It gave me a number to call, and I've been on hold for over 20 minutes. This is such an inconvenience to the ordering process.

Worthwhile for price, assistance, and trustworthyness.
One of, if not the lowest prices for Avira and Avast, and maybe others. Had trouble installing Avira a couple of times, and this site has techs help with that in real time, and has proven so far as quite trustworthy. Didn't need help with Avast the last two years, but still make this my first stop for antivirus deals. No brainer with me!

I've also asked the agent in the chat window why were some prices cheaper and gave longer duration of subscription, the simple answer was, they are on promotion deals. I was having troubles downloading the norton and i was very frustrated so I called up antivirusdeas right away they responded with offering me a refund however they were able to go into my computer remotely and downloaded it for me which saved me the troubles and the frustration.
