Michael has been working with us on a probate valuation. He has been kind and very patient with the process. He also bought an antique gold locket from me for a very fair price. The locket would have been difficult for me to sell directly, as it lacked a hallmark. Michael's knowledge is extensive. He had the gold tested and the sale was done within a few days. Shipping takes forever. They take your money but then you wait for 30 days or more to receive your items.
They need to revamp the shipping department. I would suggest a new management team.

I had a carrier bag of old watches from my late uncle and Michael gave me some advice on them and suggested they auction. Most were broken with bits missing so I wasn’t expecting much. The money they sold for was unbelievable and Michael’s fees were very fair. He was knowledgeable from the start, kept me informed and was very honest. Money arrived promptly.

I contacted Antique Vault about restoring a china figurine which had met with an accident and her head had come off. Unfortunately it wasn't a clean break, but Michael was able to restore it beautifully and I am very pleased with the result.
