Did not receive the product after ordering. When contacted, they simply blamed the courier.

I have requested the tracking number and awaiting response from them.

This is a TOTAL MONEY MAKING MACHINE the so called "product " I was ripped of £24.99 for was false teeth. I laughable " joke shop" item. The FALSE however was 100% accurate because this company ( or should I say student living in a flat in Paris ) is a total lie. I asked for a refund that I was entitled to receive and all I got was email asking for more details, I supplied the detail over and over again in 10 emails but got ignored and NO refund or email. I would have given zero stars if avaliable but forced to put at least one ( WHY TRUSTPILOT? ). Please please please do NOT order anything with these money robbers. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask!!! These are vile and need to be stopped.

Stay away from this company!!! They are so fraudulent it's unreal. I should've learnt by looking at the reviews first. Can't ever get hold of them sent the item back. Paid £17.50out of my pocket to make sure it got there. Recorded delivery and tracked and they refused it. I'm assuming it's to do with the 14 day money back. So hundred percent worth this company the site might look legit but I can assure you it's really not.

Absolutely terrible company.Send proper rubbish item, don’t want to accept return and refund.Contact my bank and report cause this one is a fraud!!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. Antiete snap on smile false veneers, are awful.
I tried to cancel my order but was told I was too late it had been dispatched and I could return them for a refund.
However I was curious to see what they were like even though all the reviews had said they were bad. And I doubted I’d get a refund.
Don’t be fooled by the reviews on their web page either as the pictures are not how this product turns out.
They do not work. They are cheap plastic and impossible to mold around your teeth.They are very similar to the children’s pretend vampire teeth you buy with Halloween costumes. Please don’t waste your money.

Really disappointed with my order quality

Avoid this company at all costs. Bad experience took a lot of effort to get money back. They offer low percentage refunds to fob you off, claiming they can’t resell their products which are substandard and not as advertised.

Ordered a Christmas garland for £30. Turned up with another companies packaging stating the sales price should be £10. Poor quality cheap product. Would not return / refund when I asked. Avoid this company at all costs - bad product and poor customer service.

Recently, I purchased a GPS tracker, but unfortunately, it was quite expensive, considering it didn't include the essential items needed for operation. After separately buying the SD card and SIM card and charging the GPS, I encountered issues as it failed to function properly.

I reached out to customer service via email, seeking a refund. However, Anna from customer service disputes my claim, and even after multiple attempts, I'm unsure if I'll receive a response. Dealing with this has proven to be quite time-consuming and, in my opinion, not worth the effort.

Awful. Don't risk it. Trades as Antiete. Company is HORIZON 2.0 LTD. Correspondence address is in France. Director's listed occupation is ''Student''. Emails are ignored, phone number is a ''like a mobile'' number which goes automatically to voicemail. No way to contact them....just ignored. Awful. Lucky the purchase was low value.
Love the fact Truspilot say they will notify them about the report at info at antiete....hahaha....good luck with that!!!!

I would of not given any stars if I could terrible company to deal with, trued to phone as no return label in package I think they do that on purpose then when you phone it’s not a customer service but an automated system , I returned my parcel to the address on their site x was told if it didn’t have their return label they couldn’t help me 😫so flustered x they don’t answer your emails only when it suits them very poor quality items nothing like photo that their showing .Avoid this company save your money

Item was poor quality when it finally turned up. Wasn't told of dispatch until after PayPal case raised.

Requested return and refund but slow to respond and keep asking for reason for return.

Cheap tat. They even included an invoice for the product that was 1/3 what they charged me. Avoid at all costs.

They do not even deserve one star, disgusting company, don’t answer emails about wrong item sent, do not order from them

Refuses to refund in breach of Distance Selling Regulations. Informing authorities.

Do not use this company. Ordered the teeth and paid for express delivery and tracking as needed for a trip. No notification of despatch received so asked to cancel and be refunded. No response for a week. Then told they would refund if returned. Sent by recorded delivery but they say never received. Had lost receipt so no chance of refund. Their responses were dreadful and the product itself was rubbish looked like joke teeth.

I paid £25 for a product not worth £1, I wanted to return it and have written many emails, texts and called but They no response.
They are scammers!!!

A total disgrace. Unit broke down completely after three weeks. I complained and was told that they only have a two week return policy.

Should be no stars. Absolute scam. I wish we had seen this prior to ordering.

Camera never turned up, tracking number didn't work. Have requested refund however I fear we might have to wear this one. DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR.

A scam of a company. Item never arrived but the so called tracking info says it has been. Refused to accept that the item was not delivered and went round and round checking address then telling me the item has been delivered. It's a scam do not use them at all. The other reviews are correct AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
