We received the new Nike’s for our son and unfortunately there was something wrong with the shoes. We’ve sent an email to the support group of Anthony’s. And within a very short time we’ve received a n reaction how to proceed. Within 48 hours we had a new pair of shoes and a small refund on our bankaccount was within 24 hours executed. Looking at it from a customer satisfaction principle, we are more than pleased with how the support department handled our case. A big thank you!!

Received fake dunks hopefully I get my money back asap

I paid for the sneakers more than a month ago, but to this day there is no sign of them. They don't respond to favors. Customer service is completely ignoring me. They took my money but didn't deliver anything, like scammers. Shameful attitude towards the customer. I am very disappointed.

ordered on the 2nf of july, Sneakers where never shipped. They replyd my mails from 2 weeks ago that they’d be send soon (last week) they said. haven’t received anything yet they don’t reply to any of my emails anymore.
Start wondering if they’re scammers.

I ordered shoes but got completly different shoes at home then what i ordered

You send me some jordan 4 ce craft and gave it to dpd the dpd company says that the shoes is at some store i went there and nothing is there this is the order 05222731275002 you can see for yourself and i still don't have it

Wrong box delivered.
We sent it back rightaway but now we have to wait 3-5 days untill they checked it.
Paying before receiving goes fast. Solving problems goes slow!!

It was nice That the Order arrived really fas. There were no problems with the Customer Service so far. But the shoe itself was in a bad condition. By that I mean there were a few production mistakes so I sent the sneakers back. Hopefully it doesn‘t take long to get my money back.
