Very good service from the salesman Andrew Hobbs .. explained every step and very helpful

WE WERE GIVEN A WARM WELCOME TO START.
We were told and advised about everything we needed to know, then were given a full evaluation of the inside of the car, including all the buttons for different parts of the car.

I was welcomed on arrival and the whole process was very smooth. Ifty was extremely helpful throughout.

I cannot fault the service from this dealership. We actually sacrificed £4k on our trade in price just because Andrew Hobbs won us over with how easy he was to deal with. From the outset, we sensed how trustworthy they all were, which is a feeling we just didn’t get at the other dealership so we went with our gut and I’m so glad we did. We have only had the car for a couple of days so I can’t comment to much, but so far I can’t fault it. It was absolutely immaculate when we picked it up and they kindly gave it a fresh service and MOT even though it wasn’t due. Although it’s nowhere near where we live, I’ve a feeling we will remain loyal customers for years.

Special mention to Andrew for his honesty, attention to detail and fantastic manner. We literally only bought the car here because of Andrew. Also to the big boss Simon who is fascinating to watch. He’s like a bird constantly feathering the nest and getting stuck in with every single area. He clearly takes great pride in the dealership, which reassures you he also takes great pride in the cars he sells. Thank you team for being so patient with us and getting us the car we wanted at a great price and in fantastic condition.

I own an old car and do service at Anthony Betts in Hemel Hempstead. Those are good people doing good work. My main point of contact is Martin. On multiple occasions proved to be dependable, accommodating and well organized. Certainly made a good impression of the business.

Great sales experience from this dealership. The sales guy, Piotr, was professional and honest. We were allowed to test drive the vehicle unsupervised and able to resolve the issues with the vehicle before purchase. Would recommend this garage.

I picked up my new [to me] Suzuki S-Cross today and couldn't be happier with it...and the service received from start to finish.
The salesman Ifti Khan, was so helpful and informative - from the first time I was in touch with the showroom to today when I collected the car. I hadn't driven a manual car in a while, but he made sure I was comfortable with it - offering loads of helpful advice, before I drove the car home. The car itself is exactly as described - strong recommend of both the car and the Anthony Betts dealership.
