We wanted to have a survey first prior installation of the item we purchased but they decided on their own that they will do it during installation. My husband waited for them because they said we were the first customer to install the aircon . Unfortunately my husband leave for work and yet they came very late. There is also a miscommunication between the agent and installer.

The online tansaction was a breeze. Maybe the site can add more products to choose from.

I ordered saturday afternoon and got the ref tuesday 5pm. Item is very secured and brandnew. The 2 delivery crew were nice and accomodating with all our questions. With full face mask on and company uniform.

The ref was one of the best purchase we did this year. We were suppose to get the other brand but the interior is very covenient for us.
