Andrew has been amazing, every step of the way. His advice, guidance and support have been fantastic and his friendly personality and humour have made the whole process of buying a car so much easier. Really grateful to Andrew and thankful that we went to Ansloos.

I bought a nice second hand car from Ansloos motors around a month ago. It ran well but as it is with all second hand cars I encountered a issue. I was a little worried because I need my car for work and christmas was approaching!

Jo from Ansloos couldnt of been more accommodating and really went above and beyond to help. I had the issue diagnosed and the parts ordered the same day. A curtosy car was offered so i didnt miss work but it turned out it was nothing serious so I declined (just a loud exhaust). I worked all week no problems and took the car to Ansloos friday afternoon then drove home car fixed within the hour.

Excellent aftercare service! I recommend this garage because from personal experience they can be trusted!

I bought a car from here a year or so ago. Car was lovely to look at, but unfortunately that’s all it ended up being. I had issues from the start really, firstly couple little things (don’t mind that) then with a leak which in fairness, they did sort. There was then another issue in which they had the car for about 3 weeks, barely stayed in touch, I had to keep chasing. Every time I contacted I was told they “had no mechanics in”, but felt like it was a big job and they were hoping I’d go away and go somewhere else. The car did nothing but eat oil and I was recommended by my trusted garage to get rid before I ended up with a new engine. So after a year, I had to get rid, pay finance off and get something new. So it’s cost me a fortune and I only had it a year. I was so disappointed. Women on desk isn’t overly helpful. The car I have just bought from another garage have said they knew it was sold by this company just by looking at it, and that they wouldn’t reccomend anyone to get a car from them as they are known for selling dodgy stock

Bought a car from Ansloos had it for 2 days but wasn't suitable rang up spoke to Andy who gave us a full refund on car can't fault the service and staff on buying and on returning excellent on both accounts

Excellent service from these guys left alone to look round the forecourt but I had already seen on website what I wanted went in sorted out took for a test drive definitely what I wanted I can’t thank Chelsea and Joanne enough for everything even guys at the garage I would recommend these guys for buying a used car these go above and beyond

Excellent service and customer care from Ansloos Motors. Staff here could not do enough to help from the moment I started looking as a nervous buyer with years of unreliable cars. The service was fantastic! I was unlucky enough for the battery to go with in a few weeks of purchase. Jo in the office booked me in and got it sorted, no quibble replacement battery fitted within a day and lifts to and from work too. Lovely, genuine care! Rare these days but so pleased to find it here and very happy to have a new 🚙 😊

Andy was spot on, really helpful, did everything he could to get the car ready and support us through the purchase process. Genuinely the easiest experience I’ve had of buying a car. Will definitely go back again.

Disgusting treatment by the manager Jo towards my mother and father. Ripping off an elderly couple and leaving them with a car seemed by a dealership as a fire risk! Absolute disgrace. If anyone knew the old owner of this garage when it was Plas Acton (Pat) he would be embarrassed by them. Condescending mechanics treating customer like an idiot. Shame on you.

Anloos brothers are ripping people off the car I bought was serviced my Rs I have replaced the front discs and pads down to 2 mm air filter never been replaced I have replaced myself surprised if the oil or filter has been replaced one day your going to kill someone with this untrue fact. Shame you even buy right offs and fill the dents in.MOT strange you own a garage every car passes?

I started to have a few problems with my car, probably through my own neglect and was nervous taking it to a garage. My fears were soon dispelled by the friendliness and honesty of the staff who took the time to point out and show me what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. Nothing was too much trouble and I was told by Jo, Sam and Marcus to immediately take it back if I felt it wasn't right.
Their commitment to customer service was genuine and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future, they were all great! Thank you

I looked at a Peugeot 308 on the Saturday, picked it up on the following Tuesday. Dealt with Ryan, he was great on both occasions. Nothing was to much trouble for him, he even made sure I had fuel in the car to get me home. Would definitely use this garage again.

My daughter bought a car from Ansloos Wrexham a couple of weeks ago. Andy, the sales guy, remembered us from previous visits (we've been looking for the right car for some time) and was as pleasant and helpful as always. This time a nice vehicle was found, a test drive was offered and accepted and the sale was agreed. We had mentioned a couple of things that we would have liked to have taken care of and he agreed to these without question.
After a few days of ownership we had the car inspected by our usual mechanics (we always do this with every car we buy - this is no reflection on Ansloos). They found a couple of issues so we went to see Jo and Sam at Ansloos' office. Again, after a pleasant discussion, they agreed to have these rectified as a "sign of good will".
We can't fault the service Ansloos motors have shown us. When it comes time to change my own vehicle Ansloos motors Wrexham will be my first port of call. Highly recommended.

Andy, Sam and Jo always provide a 10/10 service and give you all the support you need.

What an amazing experience I had dealing with this garage. I felt at ease as soon as I got there after enquiring about a lovely Audi A1. Andy and kev were very approachable and couldn’t do more to help and they were very knowledgable

Everything was made simple. From viewing the car, test driving it and eventually buying it. Andy was a massive help and honest with me from the get go. Even put a new battery in for before I picked it up. Overall, a super helpful guy. A great representative of the team
