I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one.
I purchased a VPS which was suspended before I even had the chance to use it — no login, no activity, nothing that could justify such action.
When I reached out to support to clarify the situation and request a refund, the response was not just slow, but eventually nonexistent. Instead of resolving the issue, communication simply stopped and I was blocked.
For a company offering hosting services, this level of support and transparency is concerning. Reliability is not just about uptime, but also about how you treat your customers when something goes wrong.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services.

I am informing you that due to the non-provision of paid services and refusal to refund my funds, I have filed an official criminal complaint for fraud (Betrug) with the German police via the Onlinewache portal.
All transaction IDs, correspondence logs, and server records have been attached to the case. The investigation into your infrastructure is now initiated. I suggest resolving this matter immediately before the official Vorgangsnummer (case number) is forwarded to your upstream providers and payment gateways.

Be careful, this is a scam! All positive reviews about the service are fake. I bought a VDS from them for $380, and they simply deleted my account after payment. The support is useless—no one will even respond. Scam!

I rarely leave reviews, but when the service is terrible or, conversely, truly excellent, it's important to warn other consumers.
For me, it's a 10/10: from payment to the service received, not to mention the online support that never let me down when I was a bit lost trying to transfer a domain to my hosting.
I'm used to using hosting services, and this one is, in my opinion, impeccable.

These guys are scammers. I bought a VPS, but it was not delivered. When I tried to contact them on live chat, they were usually not available. After trying 3–4 times, they finally replied.
I asked why my VPS was not activated. They said the VPS was not available because all servers were full. Then I asked, if the VPS was not available, why was it not mentioned on the homepage, and why was I allowed to place the order?
After that, they gave me an expired VPS. The funny thing is, they suspended the VPS after 20 days. I did not see any email about this because my service was offline.
Later, I renewed the VPS and opened a support ticket, but they did not reply for many days. Even after 10 days, there is still no reply. My renewed amount is wasted. They are also not replying on live chat.
This company is totally a scam.

THIS IS 100% SCAM BEWARE
I gambled and paid for a year of hosting using a relatively cheap VPS, I thought I will move here gradually. I got the VPS but it's not the location I selected. I selected Iceland but the IP is South Korean lol. The server is also not accessible from all geo locations.. I will consume what I have and will never be back here.
Also, why did you close my open ticket about the server not being accessible from certain locations? you guys got already exposed by now
edit: yep, that's definitely a scam, if you mention money in the chat you get instant response, if you ask about the service why it's not the way advertised you would never get an answer, IP rotated randomly, host location is not what they advertise, hosts turn off for no reason. Stay away from this.
edit 2: THIS IS 100% SCAM, instance was nuked already after the first month (I paid for a year).
